L’azienda
Il marchio Jet’s nasce in Italia nel 1991 fondato dal suo titolare Mancinelli Elpidio, e attualmente ha il suo
stabilimento a Ponzano, una cittadina in provincia di Treviso a circa 25 Km da Venezia, e negli anni si è via via
affermato come il marchio leader nella produzione di miscele per modellismo. Il catalogo delle miscele Jet’s è
composto da oltre 350 formulazioni diverse e copre tutti i settori del modellismo, dagli aerei, alle auto, agli
elicotteri, alle barche, alle micromoto.
Il segreto della Jet’s è semplice: La qualita’ al giusto prezzo.
Tale risultato è ottenuto con l’utilizzo dei migliori materiali disponibili sul mercato, e con la collaborazione del piu’ grande
produttore di oli per modellismo del mondo. Per produrre le proprie miscele la Jet’s utilizza ben 6 tipi di lubrificante diversi:
2 tipi di ricino, 2 basi sintetiche, 2 basi semisintetiche. Tutti questi lubrificanti contribuiscono ad adattare le caratteristiche
della miscela all’uso per la quale è richiesta.
Con gli ultimi investimenti effettuati, attualmente la Jet’s ha una capacita’ produttiva annua di circa 2.000.000 di litri con
la capacita’ di adattare velocemente la produzione alle richieste del cliente e cio’ grazie al nuovo sistema di miscelazione
completamente automatico, un impianto unico al mondo che pone la Jet’s al vertice delle aziende produttrici di miscele
per modellismo.

The Company
Jet’s was founded in Italy in 1991 by its owner Elpidio Mancinelli and the plant is currently located in
Ponzano, a town in the province of Treviso about 25 Km from Venice; over the years it has steadily made a
name for itself as the leading brand in the production of fuels for model-making. The catalogue of Jet’s fuels
is composed of over 350 different formulations and covers all sectors of model-making, from airplanes to
automobiles, to helicopters, to boats, to micro-motorcycles.
Jet’s secret is simple: Quality at the right price.
This result is obtained by using the best materials available on the market and with the collaboration of the largest
manufacturer of oils for model-making in the world. To produce its fuels, Jet’s uses 6 different types of lubricant. Two
types of castor oil, two synthetic bases, two semi-synthetic bases. All of these lubricants aid in adapting the fuel’s
characteristics to its intended use.
With its most recent investments, Jet’s currently has an annual production capacity of approximately 2,000,000 litres
and is able to quickly adapt its production to client requirements, thanks to the new, completely automatic mixing system,
which is one of its kind worldwide and makes Jet’s the leading firm in the production of fuels for model-making.

Miscele a base di ricino - La sua caratteristica principale è quella di essere il miglior
lubrificante in assoluto per i micromotori, ma offre pero’ degli svantaggi notevoli,
quali ad esempio la formazione di incrostazioni sul motore, l’intasamento dello
scarico, un rallentamento delle prestazioni del motore, l’intasamento dei filtri dovuto
ad un alto contenuto di paraffine. Insostituibile pero’ per effettuare un robusto rodaggio.

CASTOR OIL
Castor oil-based fuels - Its main characteristic is that it is the absolute best lubricant
for small engines, however it has some considerable disadvantages, such as
formation of incrustations on the engine, clogging of the exhaust, slowing down
of engine performance, clogging of the filters due to a high paraffin content. It is
irreplaceable however for performing a rugged breaking-in.

SEMISINTETICHE
Le miscele della serie J2R semisintetiche, sono prodotte utilizzando come lubrificante
una purissima base sintetica , il JP4 Racing e una percentuale di ricino. La sua
caratteristica principale è quella di offrire un ottimo compromesso tra prestazioni e
protezione del motore. Miscela a bassissimo residuo di combustione poichè l’unico
olio che brucia è la piccola parte di ricino contenuta.
La mescola dei due oli di cui sopra fa’ si che si abbia un’ottima scorrevolezza del
motore, un’ottimo raffreddamento, una buona protezione dall’ossidazione e un
motore sempre pulito. Su motori 4 tempi l’uso di queste miscele lascia il motore
pulito e privo di residui significativi.

SEMI-SYNTHETIC
The J2R series semi-synthetic fuels are produced using a very pure synthetic base as
lubricant, JP4 Racing, and a percentage of castor oil. Its main characteristic is that
it offers an excellent compromise between engine performance and protection.
Fuel with a very small amount of residual combustion products since the only oil
that burns is the small amount of castor oil that it contains. The mixture of the two
oils mentioned above assures excellent engine smoothness, excellent cooling, good
protection against oxidation and an engine that is always clean. The use of these
fuels on 4 stroke engines leaves the engine clean and free of significant residual
combustion products.

SEMISINTETICHE KLOTZ
Le miscele della serie TK sono prodotte utilizzando come lubrificante il famoso olio
Americano KLOTZ KL100 semisintetico, additivato del 20% di Castor oil.
Queste miscele offrono ottime prestazioni e un funzionamento pulito del motore
dovuto alla tecnologia KLOTZ. Particolarmente indicate nell’ Off-Road dove le
caratteristiche di resistenza del film esaltano le prestazioni dei motori.
Ottime anche nei 4 Tempi. Ottime su utilizzi dove la dispersione del calore del motore
non è ottimale.
• Limite g/m di utilizzo: 50,000
• Utilizzo ottimale: off-road, 4 tempi, aerei, ventole, scafi, elicotteri
KLOTZ SEMI-SYNTHETIC
The TK series fuels are produced using the famous semi-synthetic American oil
KLOTZ KL 100 as lubricant, with 20% castor oil added.These fuels give excellent
performance and clean engine operation due to the KLOTZ technology. Particularly
indicated for off-road use where the film’s resistance characteristics enhance engine
performance. Excellent in 4 stroke engines also.
Excellent for uses where engine heat dispersion is not optimal.

SINTETICO KLOTZ
Le miscele della serie MK sono prodotte utilizzando come lubrificante il prestigioso
KL200 sintetico al 100% della KLOTZ. Le caratteristiche fuori del comune del
KL200, pongono queste miscele al vertice della qualita’ come miscele sintetiche per
aereomodelli. Contengono antiossidanti e antischiuma. La sua caratteristica principale
è quella di dare un’ottima lubrificazione, lasciando pulito il motore, poichè l’olio non
partecipa alla combustione. Ottimo l’utilizzo di queste miscele su motori 4 Tempi per
la tecnologia pulita.
• Limite max g/m di utilizzo: 20.000.
• Utilizzo ottimale: aerei, 4 Tempi
KLOTZ SYNTHETIC
The MK series fuels are produced using the prestigious KLOTZ 100% synthetic
KL200 as lubricant. The unusual characteristics of KL200 put these fuels at the top
of the quality scale as synthetic fuels for model aircraft. They contain antioxidants
and antifoaming. Its main characteristic is that it gives excellent lubrication, leaving
the engine clean, since the oil does not take part in the combustion. These fuels are
excellent for 4 stroke engines due to the clean technology.

SINTETICA - RICINO
Le miscele della serie P sono prodotte utilizzando come lubrificante il 75% di
purissima base sintetica, il JP4 Racing, e il piu’ sofisticato olio di ricino che l’industria
abbia mai concepito il BC 175 della KLOTZ. Particolari lavorazioni tolgono a
questo ricino ogni piu’ piccola particella di paraffina rendendolo perfettamente
“degommato” e con ulteriori lavorazioni il film di questo lubrificante viene rinforzato
fino ad arrivare ad una resistenza allo strappo DOPPIA rispetto ad un ricino
tradizionale. Le miscele che derivano da questa simbiosi tra il JP4 Racing e il BC175
sono di uso universale e offrono solo vantaggi senza alcun svantaggio: maggiori
prestazioni, carburazione piu’ pulita, ripresa piu’ pronta, nessun accumulo di scorie
nello scarico, maggior raffreddamento del motore. La JET’S consiglia caldamente di
utilizzare queste miscele in tutti i settori del modellismo.

SYNTHETIC - CASTOR OIL
The P series fuels are produced using 75% of very pure synthetic base as lubricant,
JP4 Racing, and the most sophisticated castor oil that the industry has ever come
up with, KLOTZ BC 175. Special processing removes every tiny particle of paraffin
from this castor oil, “degumming” it perfectly, and with further processing the film
of this lubricant is strengthened until it reaches a tear resistance that is DOUBLE
compared to that of a traditional castor oil. The fuels that result from this symbiosis
between JP4 Racing and BC 175 are for universal use and only offer advantages,
with no disadvantage: Greater performance, cleaner carburation, faster pickup, no
accumulation of gunk in the exhaust, greater engine cooling. JET’S recommends
using these fuels in all sectors of model-making.

SINTETICA - RICINO
Le miscele della serie EX sono state sviluppate per sopperire ai problemi legati alla
mancanza di un adeguata ventilazione nei motori in alcune applicazioni e su motori
ad altissimo numero di giri. Prodotte utilizzando gli stessi lubrificanti della serie P
(JP4 Racing e BC 175 Fagiolo), ma in uguale proporzione del 50%.
La loro caratteristica principale è quella di aumentare il possibile carico delle parti
mobili, proteggendo i motori da possibili e dannosi fuorigiri o surriscaldamenti, a
fronte di una piccola riduzione di giri massimi utilizzabili. Sono miscele ottimizzate
per ottenere la massima resistenza allo sforzo, e la massima protezione del motore,
sia agli alti regimi, che ai massimi carichi dinamici. Poco adatte ai 4T.

SYNTHETIC - CASTOR OIL
The EX series fuels were developed to make up for the problems tied to the lack of
adequate ventilation in the engines in some applications and on engines with a very
high number of revolutions. Produced using the same lubricants as the P series
(JP4 Racing and BC 175 Bean Oil), but in equal proportion of 50%.
Their main characteristic is that of increasing the possible load of the movable parts,
protecting the engines from possible damaging overrevving or overheating, against a
small reduction in the maximum usable revolutions. These fuels optimised to obtain
maximum stress resistance and maximum engine protection both at high speeds and
at the maximum dynamic loads. Not very suitable for 4 strokes

SPECIAL FUELS FOR 1/10
KWC & BLITZ Fuels developed purposely for 1/10 model cars with 16% and 10%

Asian and Japanese manufacture.

peel off the pre-cut graphics, apply them to the inside of
your clear lexan car body and then back them with your
favorite Jet’s Color Spray Paint. The Jet’s Internal Decals
are made of thin durable clear vinyl making them easy to
apply and are resistant to peeling and chipping. There are
many designs available, all are universal and will fit most
1/10 and 1/8 scale car bodies. The ideal solution for that
professional paint job!

VERNICI SPRAY PER LEXAN
Queste vernici sono state sviluppate dalla Jet’s in
collabor-azione con le multinazionali del settore chimico
e sono quanto di piu’ si possa desiderare come qualita’.
Noi riteniamo di aver creato le migliori vernici in assoluto
per le carrozzerie in Lexan. È possibile verniciare le
carrozzerie senza grattare preventivamente la superficie.
È sufficiente lavare la carrozzeria con un po’ d’alcool o
detersivo per piatti e verniciare. Una volta asciutta, la
vernice sara’ indistruttibile e resistera’ a tutti i crash. Il
prodotto non intacca il Lexan. La gamma di colori è la piu’
ampia del mercato e comprende ben 37 tinte nei tipi Base,
Metallizzate e Fluorescenti.

These paints were developed by Jet’s in collaboration
with the multinationals of the chemical sector and are of
the highest quality. We believe that we have created the
absolute best paints for Lexan bodies. It is possible to paint
the bodies without first scraping the surface. It is sufficient
to wash the body with a bit of alcohol or dish detergent
and then paint. Once dry, the paint will be indestructible
and will resist all crashes. The product does not corrode
the Lexan. The range of colors is the most extensive on the
market and includes 37 colours in the Basic, Metallic and
Fluorescent types.
