The body is normally in extruded
aluminium, but for particular
exigencies, it is possible to have it
in other materials. There are
standard dimensions of round
bodies in order to make easier the
application of the designer, but
there is the possibility to produce
them with different shapes and
dimensions.
Due to the small centre
distances that this type of head can permit, in
the spindles there are selected rolling, radial and
axial ball bearing. The tool guide jig is suggested
in all drilling operation.
The lubrication of the head is normally with longlife grease and maintenance is not necessary for
2.000 hours. If the head has to rotate at high
speed, this is arranged for a micro fog lubrication
(the system can be supplied by O.M.G. or
bought directly by the client).

patrona qualora la macchina non sia ad avanzamento
controllato; questa soluzione comporta però costi elevati
e dimensioni maggiori in lunghezza.

utilizzati nelle operazioni di fresatura, alesatura,
barenatura, foratura di precisione con punte in metallo

Nei primi due sono presenti cuscinetti a rullini
selezionati, cuscinetti radiali e assiali a sfere e sono
da preferire qualora occorra la maschera di foratura
o si eseguano maschiature e comunque la
precisione richiesta alla testa non sia elevata;
possono inoltre essere equipaggiati con distributori
per il passaggio del liquido refrigerante attraverso
l'utensile, con manicotti ad attacco rapido oppure
forniti con altri tipi di attacco utensile (KOMET,
WELDON, ecc...).

The body is normally in cast iron casting, but for particular
exigencies, it is possible to have it in
other materials.

The movement enters in the head
from the central shaft, equipped by
bearings with oblique contact at
which end there is a central elical gear
with rectified toothing; this transmit the
movement to the conduit gears which
rotate on radio-axial bearings, reach
the spindles which are essentially of
four types: internal, external, precision,
lead screw.

The third type is composed by bearings with oblique contact and
it is used in precision milling, boring, drilling operations with hard
metal drills.

The first two are according DIN 55058 norm and they have
selected rolling bearings, radial and axial ball bearings to prefer if
the drilling jig is necessary or in case of threading, when the
requested precision is not too high; besides they can have
distributors for the passing of the cooling liquid through the tool,
quick connection collar or with other types of tool connection
(KOMET, WELDON, HSK, etc.....).

Il moto entra nella testa dall'albero centrale
sopportato da cuscinetti a contatto obliquo alla cui
estremità si trova l'ingranaggio centrale a
dentatura elicoidale rettificata; questo trasmette il
moto agli ingranaggi condotti che ruotano
completamente su cuscinetti radio-assiali per
arrivare ai gruppi mandrino che sono
essenzialmente di quattro tipi: interni, esterni, di
precisione, a patrona.
The lubrication of the head is
made by oil with a pump for an
equal distribution of the lubricant
to all pieces.
The drilling heads which require
the tool guide jig can have both
fix and movable columns; the
drilling jigs are equipped with
bushes DIN 173. The threading
can be made with spindles with
lead nut in case the machine is
not with controlled feed; this

riusciti a standardizzare e quindi a redigere delle tabelle
tecniche, per la serie TFS possiamo presentarVi solo immagini, in
