Il nuovo residence Poggio al Sole (inaugurato nel luglio 2013)
si trova a Toscolano Maderno, in una splendida posizione
panoramica nel mezzo del Parco dell’alto Garda Bresciano.
Toscolano Maderno è un grazioso paese sulle rive del lago di
Garda con paesaggi incantevoli e un lungolago considerato tra
i più suggestivi del Garda. Inoltre da Maderno parte il traghetto
che raggiunge la riva opposta del lago a Torri del Benaco con la
possibilità di trasportare biciclette e auto. Il residence si trova a 800
metri dal centro di Toscolano e dalla spiaggia e a 3 km dal Golfo
di Bogliacco.
The Residence Poggio al Sole (new-opening on July 2013) is
located in Toscolano-Maderno, in a sunny and panoramic
lakeview position. In the Park of Alto Garda Bresciano,
Toscolano Maderno is a nice village on the Lake Garda banks
with charming landscapes, a very suggestive lakefront, wonderful
beaches, many restaurants, shopping centers and is the start
point for many excursions (from Maderno leaves the ferry that can
transport bikes and cars to the apposite bank in Torri). The Residence
is 800 mt from the center of Toscolano and from the best beaches of
the lake, and 3 km from the Golf of Bogliaco.
Il residence è composto da 8 lussuosi bilocali finemente arredati in
stile moderno (4 al piano terreno e 4 al primo piano) e tutti godono
di una splendida vista lago. Sul tetto è stata realizzata una bella
piscina e un’ampia terrazza solarium panoramica, attrezzata con
lettini, ombrelloni e doccia. Tutti gli appartamenti sono di 65 mq,
ospitano fino a 4 persone e sono così composti:
The residence has 8 Luxury two-bedroom apartments built in
modern style (4 on the first floor and 4 on the ground floor), all with
wonderful lake view. On the roof terrace there is a beautiful pool
and a solarium area with sun umbrellas and sun beds. The new built
apartments (65 square meters - Accomodates up to 4 people) are
equipped with:

divano letto a due posti, zona pranzo, TV - Sat;
• Piccola zona disimpegno con cassetta di sicurezza;
• Camera da letto matrimoniale (2 materassi);
• Bagno con doccia, wc, lavabo e bidet;
• Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, frigorifero,
piano cottura a induzione, forno elettrico o a microonde e
macchina per caffè americano.
• A Large living room with a confortable double sofa bed;
• A dining area with table and chairs, kitchen corner,
flat-screen Satellite TV;
• One bedroom with double bed (2 Mattresses)
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet;
• A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with separate
freezer, induction hob, electric oven or microwave and Cafè
machine.

Die Residence Poggio al Sole (Neueröffnung Juli 2013)
befindet sich in Toscolano Maderno am Gardasee in sonniger
und panoramicher Lage, mit einem traumhaften Blick vom
Gardasee. Toscolano Maderno ist ein hübisches Dorf am Ufer des
Gardasees, mit reizenden Landschaften und einer malerischen
Seepromenade. Zudem gibt es von Toscolano Maderno auch die
Möglichkeit, mit der Fähre zu der am gegenüberliegenden Ufer
des See die Stadt Torri del Benaco zu fahren. Auf der Fähre können
Fährrader und Autos transportiert werden. Zum Zentrum-Toscolano
und zur besten Gardasee Strände sind 1000 mt, zum Golf Bogliaco
3 km.
Die Residenz bestehet aus 8 Luxury-zwei-Zimmer Apartments in
modernen Stil erbaut (4 im erstern Stock und 4 im Erdgeschoss) alle
mit wundabar Gardasee Blik. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es einen
schönen Pool und eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Sonnenschirm,
Liegesthülen und Dusche ausgestattet. Die völlig neuerbaute
Ferienwohnungen (65 mq - Geeignet für 4 Personen) verfügen über:
• Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit konfortable Doppleschlafcouch,
Essecke, Kochenecke, Flachbild TV-Sat;
• Vorraum mit Tresor;
• Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (2 Matratzen);

• Eine voll ausgestatte Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank,
Induktionskochfeld, Elektro-Backofen oder Mikrowelle und
deutsche Kaffemaschine.
Apartments im Erdgeschoss verfügen über eine private Veranda
und einen Garten; im ersten Stock über eine große Terrasse. Alle
