SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure that the towbar is suitable for the vehicle before starting the
installation.
For safety, all work involving towbar installation (incl. electrical components) must
be undertaken
by skilled technicians.
Damaged components must be replaced with manufacturer’s spares and fitted by
qualified staff.
It is forbidden to make any modification or structural repair to towing assembly.
The towball must be kept clean and lubricated. For added safety, his diameter (50
mm) must be checked at regular intervals. If the towball measures less than 49 mm
after selected readings across the diameter, the towball must be replaced with a new
one.
After 1000 km of towing, check torque settings for nuts and bolts, in accordance
with the table.

Remove any mastic from contact points then paint with anti rust paint.
1 Remove bumper.
2 Remove the rubber support of the exhaust which is located under the boot, in
correspondence of the right chassis rail.
3 Remove the plastic support which is under the boot in correspondence of the left
chassis rail.
4 Locate the C supports (left and right) in correspondence of the holes 02 and 03
on the rear part of the chassis rails. Insert the screws and fit.
5 Insert 2 cylinder caged nuts M8 in correspondence of holes 05 that are on the
left chassis rail of the vehicle.
6 Locate side arms B, left and right in correspondence of the holes 04, 05,06.
Insert the screws and fit.
7 Interpose cross bar a to side arms B in correspondence of holes 01, insert the
screws and fit.
8 Tighten all bolts and nuts as per torque settings.
9 Connect the wirings to the socket.
10 Re-fit the rubber support of the exhaust.
11 Re-fit the plastic hose support.
12 Cut a hole in correspondence of the lower central part of bumper, as per layout
01.
13 Re-fit bumper.
