USE:
CC1024-A Is a clear, unfilled, medium viscosity, modified epoxy resin suitable for impregnating, casting and potting coils, transformers and electronic
components. It can also be used on trickling machines.
CR1035 Is a liquid, filled, low viscosity compound specially formulated for impregnating and encapsulating transformers and electronic devices that cures at room
temperature.
CB 1078 Is a filled, black, epoxy casting and potting resin for use in all types of coils, transformers, electrical and electronic assemblies. Formulated with series
of room cure and heat curing reactors, this 2 part system provides the user with a choice of curing cycles and finished properties.
CR 1034 Is a two part, filled, red epoxy paste specially formulated for application by spatula, that cures at room temperature.
CG 1062 Is a two part, filled epoxy resin specially formulated for use on coils, resistors, transformers and motors. It cures at room temperature, and may be
applied by brush or by dipping as a filling compound for marginal ends of coils. Its grey colour blends well with lamination metal.
C(a)1114 Is a bicomponent epoxy loaded compound, halogens free, self-extinguishing and meets the requirements of UL 94-VO, file E73524. Used for casting
and coating windings, transformers and electrical devices. The letter (a) changes according to the colour.

CC 1080/L
Is a 100% solids polyester resin specially formulated for use on power tools, automotive and appliance armatures, and electric motor stators. The low
viscosity of DOLPHON CC 1080-L insures thorough penetration of fine wire sizes using conventional processing techniques.
CC 1105
Is a one package, 100% solids polyester resin especially developed for both under vacum impregnations and dip-and-bake applications.
CC 1144-LV Is a one package modified polyester resin suitable for vacuum impregnation or dip-and-bake applications. The low viscosity provides excellent
impregnation while the exclusive base resin gives outstanding chemical and moisture resistance. It has low extractibles in fluorinated refrigerants,
making it well suited for hermetic motors.
