TIPO LTH
La LTH è una lucidatrice rettilinea
per coste a profilo rotondo, piano
squadrato o inclinato e profilo in
parte piano ed in parte rotondo.
La sagomatura dei profili rotondi
viene eseguita senza l’impiego di
mole diamantate sagomate, bensì
da una (o due) mole diamantate “a
tazza” per tutti i raggi di curvatura
dei profili e per tutti gli spessori
dei materiali da lavorare.
Il modo di lavoro è a ciclo continuo,
cioè i pezzi si caricano uno dietro
l’altro sulla macchina che li fa
scorrere attraverso una serie di
mandrini ed escono completamente
finiti.

La machine LTH est une polisseuse
rectiligne pour profils arrondis,
droits et ou inclinées et partiel­
lement plats et arrondis.
Le façonnage des profils arrondis
est effectué sans utiliser des meules
de forme diamantées mais avec
une ou deux meules diamantées en
forme de tasse pour tous les rayons
de courbe des profils et pour toutes
les différentes épaisseurs des
matériaux.
La façon de travail est à cycle
continu, c’est-à-dire que les pièces
se chargent l’une après l’autre
sur la machine qui les fait passer
dans un ensemble de mandrins.
Les pièces sortent complètement
achevées.
LTH-TYPE EDGE
POLISHING MACHINE
LTH is an in line polishing machine
for rounded-profiled edges, flat or
inclined edges or profiles combining
flat and round shapes. The shaping
of the rounded edge is carried out
without using shaped diamond
grinding wheels. Instead we use
one or two cup-shaped diamond
grinding wheels for all curving areas
of the profiles and for all the different
thickness of the materials used.
The working mode is on a continuous
process basis, this means that all the
pieces are loaded one after the other
on the machine, and then traverse
through the series of mandrels until
they are fully polished.

Bei
der
LTH
handelt
es
sich

einen

Kantenpolierautomaten für runde,
flache gerade oder abgeschrägte
Kanten sowie sonstige konvexe
Profile.
Die Rundkantenbearbeitung erfolgt
nicht mittels Diamantformfräsern,
sondern mit zwei Abstärkfräsern
für alle Kantenrundungen und für
alle Materialstärken.
Der Materialdurchlauf ist konti­
nuierlich, daß heißt die Werk­
stücke werden nacheinander in
die Maschine eingegeben, an den
Schleifsupporten
vorbeigeführt
und am Ende perfekt bearbeitet
aus­gegeben.

Esso è composto dai seguenti

(foto 4): per eseguire la spessoratura
ad una profondità regolabile (max.
6 cm) (A). Questo mandrino può
essere regolato sia trasversalmente
che longitudinalmente al proprio
asse porta-utensili; inoltre può
essere ruotato da 0° a 90°, potendo
essere usato anche per eseguire
incassi per il gocciolatoio (foto 5,
B).
– 2 MANDRINI CONTRAPPOSTI
INCLINATI A 45° (foto 6): per
eseguire smussature (E) e/o
bisellature di varie dimensioni.
Quando si debbano eseguire coste
a profilo rotondo, questi mandrini,
con l’utilizzo di opportune mole
dia­mantate tronco-coniche, faci­
litano enormemente la successiva
sa­gomatura eseguita dai mandrini
oscillanti eseguendo la fresatura
degli spigoli (F).
– 7 MANDRINI OSCILLANTI
(foto 7): di cui i primi due sono
predisposti per montare mole
diamantate a tazza per l’esecuzione
della sagomatura dei profili rotondi
o la rettifica dei profili piani,
squadrati o inclinati; mentre gli
altri cinque montano mole abrasive
leviganti e lucidanti. All’occorrenza
tutti i 7 mandrini possono montare
mole abrasive.
Eventuali modelli derivanti dal
modello LTH 721 M, con l’aggiunta
di altri mandrini, possono essere
eventualmente
eseguiti
su
richiesta.
