Per espressa approvazione ai sensi dell’art. 15 (Responsabilità) del Bando di Regata
accetta di sottoporsi al regolamento di regata ISAF 2013/2016, al Bando ed alle Istruzioni di Regata. Il sottoscritto dichiara di assumere personale responsabilità sulle qualità marine del proprio
yacht, sull’equipaggiamento, sull’efficienza dell’equipaggio, sul rispetto della normativa federale e di quella sanitaria nazionale da parte dell’equipaggio (italiano), sulle dotazioni di sicurezza. Il
sottoscritto si impegna a informarsi sulle condizioni meteo utilizzando tutti i canali messi a disposizione dal Comitato Organizzatore e dichiara esplicitamente di assumere qualsiasi responsabilità
per danni causati a persone e a cose di terzi, a se stesso o alle proprie cose, sia in terra che in mare in relazione alla partecipazione alla Regata, sollevando da ogni responsabilità il Comitato
Organizzatore e tutti coloro che concorrono all’organizzazione a qualsiasi titolo. Il sottoscritto si assume la responsabilità che le persone indicate nella lista dell’equipaggio corrispondono a quelle
realmente imbarcate. Il sottoscritto è a conoscenza della Regola Fondamentale 4 ISAF: “Una barca è la sola responsabile di decidere di partire o meno per la regata o di continuarla”. Il sottoscritto
è a conoscenza del fatto che il Comitato di Regata si riserva la decisione di non far partire la categoria PASSERE o altre categorie in caso di condizioni meteo avverse. Il sottoscritto dichiara che
l’imbarcazione è assicurata per la RC a copertura di danni a cose e verso terzi, secondo quanto stabilito dalla vigente normativa FIV ed in particolare dall’art. 68 del Regolamento di regata FIV.
For express approval of art. 15 (Liability) of the Notice of Race and Regatta Rules
I, the undersigned, agree to be bound by the ISAF Yacht Racing Rules for 2013/2016, by the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions. I shall take full personal responsibility for the nautical qualities of my yacht,
its riggings, the crew’s skills and safety equipment. I shall also stay informed of the weather conditions using all means provided by the Organizing Committee and I explicitly declare that I shall take full
responsibility for damage caused to individuals or third-party items, to myself or my personal items, both aboard the yacht and ashore, as a result of my participation in the Regatta, relieving the Organizing
Committee and any person involved in the organization of the Regatta, under any role, of any responsibility. I, the undersigned, warrant that the people that are on the crew list are those who will be actually
embarked. I am fully aware of the ISAF Fundamental Rule 4: “it shall be the sole responsibility of each yacht to decide whether or not to start or to continue to race”. I am aware that the Race Committee reserves
the right to deny permission to race to the PASSERE category and/or to other categories in the event of adverse weather conditions. I, the undersigned, declare that my vessel is insured for civil liability and
third-party damage to other individuals or objects, in line with current FIV regulations and in particular with art. 68 of the FIV Regatta Regulations.

Il sottoscritto prende atto che la Società organizzatrice, in base ad accordi specifici con l’Autorità portuale, Trieste Terminal Passeggeri e i concessionari interessati, mette a disposizione degli iscritti alla
regata le zone del Porto di Trieste dove è consentito l’ormeggio. Le aree, i periodi e le norme di utilizzo saranno riportate nel sito www.barcolana.it. Le aree d’ormeggio sono limitate, la loro fruibilità è libera
fino alla concorrenza della disponibilità. Il responsabile dell’imbarcazione si assume la cura e la vigilanza della stessa all’ormeggio, sollevando la Società organizzatrice, l’Autorità portuale, Trieste Terminal
Passeggeri e i concessionari coinvolti da qualsiasi danno a cose e persone.
The undersigned acknowledges that the organising Society, in line with specific agreements made with the Port Authority, the Trieste Terminal Passeggeri and the agencies concerned, shall place at the disposal
of regatta competitors the areas of the Port of Trieste where mooring is allowed. The areas, periods and terms of use shall be specified on the website www.barcolana.it. The mooring areas are limited and thus freely
accessible until available. The person in charge of the boat shall be responsible for taking care of and watching over the boat in the mooring site, relieving the organising Society, the Trieste Terminal Passeggeri and the
agencies involved of any liability for personal injuries and property damages.
