Ai piedi del gruppo Ortles-Cevedale, fra impegnative
ascensioni in alta quota sui piu` estesi ghiacciai dEuropa, teatro di antiche battaglie della Grande Guerra e
i numerosi sentieri fra prati di rododendri, nel silenzio
dei boschi incontaminati dei pini mughi e abeti.
Come meritata ricompensa a tanta fatica, i rifugi alpini
e gli agriturismi propongono golosi piatti legati alla tradizione locale da gustare tranquillamente al sole godendosi il meraviglioso paesaggio.

At the feet of the Ortles-Cevedale mountain range,
among challenging climbs to high altitudes on the most
extensive glaciers of Europe, theatre of historic battles
in the Great War and numerous pathways among the
meadows filled with rhododendrons, in the silence of
the unpolluted mountain pine and fir woodlands.
As a just reward for such an effort, the alpine refuges
and farmland guesthouses offer tempting tasty traditional local dishes to be savoured quietly in the sunshine while enjoying the marvellous landscape.
