La sfogliatrice VSF 540 TV/MIX consente di produrre sfoglia in totale assenza di aria ottenendo, a parità di materie prime
impiegate, un prodotto di:
• Colore giallo più intenso
• Migliore elasticità dell’impasto
• Impasto più compatto
• Migliore tenuta in cottura.
Sfogliatrice automatica a vuoto totale in acciaio inox per la produzione di sfoglia di pasta. Consente di produrre in automatico
senza la presenza fissa di un operatore.
Dotata di grupp di preparazione impasto Premix® con dosaggio automatico ingredienti. Sfoglia laminata per paste ripiene.
The VSF 540 TV/MIX dough sheeter is designed to produce pasta sheets in the total absence of air to obtain (based on the use
of the same raw materials) a product which is:
• a more intense shade of yellow
• more elastic
• more compact
• better at withstanding cooking.
Automatic absolute vacuum dough sheeter in stainless steel for producing pasta sheets. Automatic production which does
not require the fixed presence of an operator.
Equipped with a Premix® dough preparation unit complete with automatic dosing of ingredients. Laminated sheet production for filled pasta.
