magnifica Bellagio, sul lago e sulle catene montuose che incorniciano il tutto.

The wedding will be celebrated at the Terrazza delle Camelie
with panoramic view and romantic atmosphere. The area is
surrounded by an ancient camellias hedge and offers a huge view
on Bellagio, on the lake and on the mountain picks.
LOCATION
Villa Carlotta non è una delle ville del Lago di Como. Villa Carlotta è qualcosa in più!
È una villa che ospita capolavori e collezioni d’arte di valore inestimabile tanto da annoverarsi tra i musei
dell’Ottocento Lombardo, ed è inoltre un giardino botanico esteso su 70.000 mq con azalee, rododendri arborei,
bamboos, agrumi, camelie, aceri, platani centenari e molto altro ancora .

WEDDING AREAS
Terrazza delle Camelie
Il matrimonio viene celebrato sulla Terrazza delle Camelie, unica per visione panoramica e atmosfera romantica: circondata da
antiche siepi di camelie offre un’ampia veduta sulla magnifica Bellagio, sul lago e sulle catene montuose che incorniciano il tutto.
La terrazza è laterale alla villa ed è raggiungibile percorrendo le sobrie scalee che attraversano il giardino all’italiana o usufruendo
del doppio ascensore esterno posto vicino all’ingresso.
Sala dei Gessi
In caso di condizioni atmosferiche non favorevoli o per scelta, la cerimonia avviene nella luminosa Sala dei Gessi al primo piano
del museo, alternativa validissima grazie all’atmosfera incantata che opere tanto famose e affascinanti riescono a creare.
Camellias Terrace
The wedding will be celebrated at the Terrazza delle Camelie with panoramic view and romantic atmosphere. The area is
surrounded by an ancient camellias hedge and offers a huge view on Bellagio, on the lake and on the mountain picks. The terrace
is side to the villa and it is accessible by stairs through the Italian garden or using the two elevators close to the entrance.
Plaster Room
In case of unfavorable atmospheric condition, the ceremony will take place in Plasters Room at the first floor of museum, a
valid alternative thanks to the wonderful atmosphere which only fascinated work of art can create.

Dopo aver fatto richiesta d’interesse per una specifica data via e-mail (non
valgono accordi telefonici), viene fissata una opzione provvisoria della
durata di 1 settimana, periodo di tempo in cui è possibile confermare la
prenotazione con caparra di euro 200,00; se ciò non avvenisse, dopo la
settimana la pratica viene automaticamente archiviata e la data liberata.

After requiring through e-mail for a specific wedding day, you
have one week to confirm your provisional booking with a
deposit of 200,00 euro, otherwise your request will decline after
that period and the day becomes available for new booking.

GUEST FEE
Contributo sul numero ospiti dovuto a Villa Carlotta:
 Fino a 50 ospiti: 400,00 euro
 Fino a 90 ospiti: 700,00 euro
 Fino a 120 ospiti: 1.000,00 euro
Il contributo relativo al numero ospiti dovuto a Villa Carlotta deve
essere corrisposto almeno un mese prima del matrimonio.
GUEST FEE
guests fee is due to Villa Carlotta:
 Until 50 guests: 400,00 euro
 Until 90 guests: 700,00 euro
 Until 120 guests: 1.000,00 euro
Guests contribution must be correspond at Villa Carlotta at least 1
month before the celebration of the wedding
ALLESTIMENTO
o sedie bianche per gli ospiti e i testimoni
o sedie d’epoca per gli sposi
o passatoia bianca (a richiesta anche blu, se disponibile)
o struttura in alluminio ad arco (decorato con fiori finti ed organza forniti dall’ente oppure possibilità di provvedere a decorazioni a
piacere – costo extra)
o tavolo da cerimonia con tovaglia bianca
o cuscini per le sedie
o due piante di alloro decorative da poter posizionare vicino al tavolo da cerimonia

o white carpet (also blue, if it is available)
o arch structure in aluminum (decorated with fake flowers and organdie provided by Villa Carlotta or it’s possible to decorate it with
fresh flowers – extra price)

TIME
Le celebrazioni possono avvenire nei mesi e negli orari di apertura della Villa (per cerimonie civili sono da considerare inoltre gli orari
d’ufficio del Comune: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 10.00 alle 17.00, il sabato dalle 10.00 alle 12.00; eventuali deroghe da concordarsi con gli
Enti). Nella tariffa prevista dall’amministrazione comunale sono compresi:
o utilizzo dell’area riservata al matrimonio presso Villa Carlotta per 1 ora e 30 minuti dall’orario di inizio cerimonia prestabilito (la
permanenza nei giardini e nel museo è invece vincolata agli orari di apertura/chiusura degli stessi) ed allestimento della stessa secondo
quanto precisato
o servizio del sindaco (o delegato) per la celebrazione
o preparazione della documentazione necessaria a validare il matrimonio
The celebration can take place in opening months and timetable of the Villa (for civil ceremony you have to consider also the timetable of
town hall office: from Monday to Friday 10.00-17.00, on Saturday 10.00-12.00; for possible exceptions it is necessary to contact Ente Villa
Carlotta and the Tremezzo city hall). Fee of the local administration includes:
o reserved area for the wedding at Villa Carlotta of 1 hour and a half from the ceremony scheduled time (the permanence in the gardens
and in the museum is bound to the opening/closing time of the villa) and setting according what said in “Alllestimento” page
o mayor service (or delegated person) for the celebration
o preparation of necessary document for legal wedding
SI PUO’…?
o Non è possibile ospitare banchetti, ma solo aperitivi consistenti in piccoli buffet (in accordo con la direzione). Per contattare il gestore del punto ristoro

o È fatto assoluto divieto di spargere riso, confetti, fiori o altro all’interno dei locali della Villa e nel giardino (petali veri solo all’esterno e previa richiesta)
o Per permettere al nostro personale un facile riconoscimento degli ospiti e consentire così un ingresso più agevolato è necessario fornire agli ospiti un segno
identificativo (coccarda, braccialetto, adesivo…) o predisporre che una persona di vostra fiducia posta all’ingresso li riconosca.
o Eventuali accompagnamenti musicali eseguiti da musicisti o con l’utilizzo di lettori cd ecc. devono essere sottoposti a pagamento SIAE secondo quanto
previsto dalla legge (pratica e onere a carico degli sposi).
o Gli sposi si assumono la responsabilità per eventuali danni a persone e/o cose che dovessero intervenire nel corso della loro presenza in Villa Carlotta,
prima, dopo e durante il matrimonio (eventuale polizza assicurativa).
o È necessario far pervenire dettagli riguardanti data, orario, celebrante, musica, numero di invitati, addobbi floreali, brindisi ed eventuali esigenze particolari
con congruo anticipo.
o Eventuali sopralluoghi da parte degli sposi devono essere preventivamente accordati con l’ente.
o Particolari richieste devono essere vagliate dalla direzione di Villa Carlotta.
CAN WE..?
o It’s not possible to host banquet, but only aperitifs consisting of small buffet (in agreement with the direction). To contact the manager of the cafeteria

o It’s not allowed to spread rise, confetti, flowers or other materials indoor such as in the garden (fresh petals only outside and by request).
o In order to identify your guests and to make easy the entrance it is necessary to provide them of identifying sign (rosette, bracelet, badges…) or a person
who recognize them at the entry.
o Eventually musical accompaniment performed by musicians or using CD player etc. must be under the payment SIAE according the law (cost charged to
the couple).
o The couple will take the responsibility for possible damages at person and/or things in their presence in the villa and the garden before, after and during
the wedding.
o It is necessary to reach the details of date, time, celebrant, music, number of guests, flower decoration, aperitifs and eventual requirement in advance.
o Site inspection from the couple must be pre-booked in agreement with Villa Carlotta.
o Particular requirement must be agreed with Villa Carlotta.

La presente Privacy Policy ha lo scopo di descrivere le modalità di gestione dell’Ente Villa Carlotta per quanto concerne il trattamento dei dati personali dei clienti

In conformità alle disposizioni previste dall'art.13 del DLgs. 30.6.2003 n°196 Codice della privacy, l’Ente Villa Carlotta informa che:
- I dati che sono in possesso dell’Ente sono esclusivamente quelli trasmessi volontariamente dagli utenti che hanno compilato i moduli per la richiesta dei servizi offerti o inviato e-mail agli
indirizzi di riferimento.
- I dati personali forniti dagli utenti potranno essere trattati esclusivamente dall’Ente Villa Carlotta per finalità istituzionali, fatto salvo che gli stessi utenti intendano avvalersi dei servizi
gestiti da fornitori esterni ma collegati all’evento e per i quali l’Ente fa da intermediario.
- Il responsabile del trattamento dei dati raccolti è il personale amministrativo dell’Ente
Informativa ai sensi della Legge 675/96.

which chooses Villa Carlotta as a location for their wedding on date__________________. Villa Carlotta treats all the personal details of clients only for lawful purposes, and in a
manner which does not infringe the rights according to the Italian national laws about privacy and in particular:
Terms in accordance with the art.13 of DLgs. 30.6.2003 n°196 of Privacy Code, Villa Carlotta informs that:
- Villa Carlotta uses only the couple’s details given by filling in forms or sending e-mail.
- Personal details given by couple can be treated exclusively by Villa Carlotta for institutional goals; in case Villa Carlotta is going between the couple and further suppliers, details could
be given them in a manner which does not infringe the couple rights.
- The responsible of details treatment is the corporation staff.
Terms of Law 675/96
Under the art. 10 Law 675/96 the couple’s personal details will be used exclusively for the transmission of the requested information. Anytime you can assert your rights in accordance
