per i clienti che devono installare un metal detector alla fine
della linea di produzione, dopo
la stazione di chiusura del sacchetto. La linea Tiefix -dp consente di continuare ad applicare le legature con le consuete
macchine legatrici, senza bisogno di regolazioni particolari, e
senza rinunciare alle qualità di
sicurezza e maneggevolezza della legatura cui si è abituati, e
che i nastri in sola plastica non
possono garantire.
Il sistema è disponibile nei formati twistband e clipband.
TECNOLOGIA ALL’AVANGUARDIA
Mectra fa esordire sul mercato la nuova MT 582,
un depaletizzatore automatico per bottiglie, vasi e barattoli vuoti di nuova concezione modulare grazie a cui è possibile, oltre alle varie soluzioni di piazzamento, aumentare il grado di automazione fino all’esclusione dell’operatore. L’impianto è particolarmente indicato per tutte le esigenze di alta e media produzione. Per migliorare
le prestazioni è stata introdotta la struttura a
2 montanti, che sostituisce quella precedente che ne prevedeva 4; questa soluzione permette un
minore ingombro e una maggiore accessibilità all’impianto per agevolare la manutenzione. Il primo
modello di questo innovativo macchinario è stato consegnato a Conserve France; si tratta di un MT
582 con alcune varianti realizzate appositamente per l’azienda francese, come la possibilità multifunzione, che consiste nell’aver reso indipendente il metti falda, dando la possibilità di lavorare direttamente
falde, cappucci e vassoi inserendoli in magazzini diversi uno dall’altro. Questo depaletizzatore si distingue dai suoi predecessori non solo per i notevoli miglioramenti tecnici ma poiché appartiene a
una nuova generazione di macchine, nate dall’evoluzione del MT 568 doppler. Si tratta di modelli sviluppati grazie all’innovativa concezione di sistemi completi di automazione, che Mectra sta producendo
con successo. La direzione intrapresa viene supportata e sostenuta dall’azienda, attraverso la realizzazione di importanti investimenti nel settore research and development, l’inserimento in organico di figure altamente specializzate e l’utilizzo di tecnologie innovative. Il tutto indirizzato alla costruzione di macchine sempre più versatili e ingegnerizzate, che prevedono la progettazione di componenti standardizzati per tutti i nuovi modelli. Questo iter entra nell’ottica di una politica - fortemente
voluta dei vertici Mectra - di contenimento dei costi, snellimento delle procedure (per esempio, con
la riduzione dei codici a magazzino), implementazione delle tecnologie e sviluppo di nuove soluzioni.

New materials
General Plastics exhibits the Tiefix system range, that has been further expanded. After the environment-friendly line (Tiefix – 2Ki in paper) and Rocca (with re-usable support) which allows to buy the consumption material

Coatings for bakery moulds
In the city of Dessau (in Eastern Germany) the Steinkuhls Gastro-Center produces bakery
moulds for industrial production. For one of its customers, the company was looking
for an anti-adherent and sturdy coating for 2 meter long moulds used for Zwieback.
Bakery products stuck to the mould so firmly that often it was not possible to remove
them easily, not to mention the necessary effort to clean the mould. After a few tests
during the overhauling period, ChemCoat 1501F, the coating provided Impreglon, gave the best results. During cooking, the dough is fully detached from the surface and
so the end product easily comes out from the mould. This reduces the surface wear
and coating has a long and efficient duration. These technologies in Italy are applied by
Impreglon Italia based in Lainate, in the province of Milan.
