he first event, where the company
showcased its latest patented solutions, was Pack Expo which took
place in Las Vegas from 26th to 28th September. On that occasion, the visitors of
Panotec’s stand could see for the first time
the new cost-effective machine dedicated
to the production of box short runs.
Compack is ideal for the box factories aiming at entering the increasingly important market niche requiring just-in-time
deliveries of short runs of boxes with different sizes. It is very difficult to cope with
these demands with normal diecutters.
That’s why the boxfactories, that have opted for Panotec, have been increasing their
turnover with the adoption of this kind of
machinery.

Panotec offers a wide range of marking systems, including printing devices in a fixed
position with monochrome inks for graphic customization by means of print heads which can be equipped and positioned
by the operator, both manually and automatically, due to the dialogue with the software system.
The motion of the device is managed by a
dedicated and user-friendly programme
computerized by Panotec. Thus programme
will also enable you to print any Alphanumeric code being referred to each packaging
without any management problem.
The system is very easy: the operator sets up
the packaging required by means of just a
few simple operations being carried out on
a touch-screen. Within some seconds, the
system will send the information to the machine which will produce the selected box
and print the corresponding barcode.
On occasion of the forthcoming exhibition,
Panotec is going to show the cutting and score cut slitting accuracy of their equipment,
as well as its high production flexibility and
reduced setting up times.
