Il riso
è un riso integrale a pericarpo nero.
Il chicco si presenta con un colore vivo e lucente, scuro per l’alta
concentrazione di antociani, le cosiddette molecole del colore
presenti anche nel mirtillo e che hanno una funzione antiossidante.
Gli antociani esercitano un’azione positiva sull’intero organismo
e sono un antidoto naturale contro l’invecchiamento.
In particolare:
• combattono la fragilità capillare (cellulite, varici, emorroidi)
• grazie alla loro azione antiedemigena, sono molto utili per risolvere
problemi di ritenzione idrica.

This means that it contain only 1/3 of the total shortage fixed by law.
The rice seed presents an intense and shining dark color, due to the
high concentration of anthocyanin, the famous color molecules with
an important antioxidant function and contained also in blueberries.
The anthocyanin play an important role on the whole organism and
are a natural antidote against ageing.

Il riso
è un riso integrale a pericarpo rosso.
Il riso rosso Selvaggio è originario della Camargue ma oggi, viene
coltivato in esclusiva da Cascina Belvedere nella Pianura Padana.
Il chicco si presenta di un colore rosso rubino vivo e lucente, ed è
ricco di fibre e di Sali minerali.
In cucina: adatto per accompagnare pesce, carne e formaggi.
Ottimo anche per insalate o semplicemente bollito e condito con
olio.

The red rice is originated from Camargue, but today it is cultivated
by an exclusive right from Cascina Belvedere, in the Po valley.
The seed present a shining ruby red color, and it is rich in fiber
