Da oltre 30 anni produciamo pannelli impiallacciati e
verniciati per mobili. L’esperienza che abbiamo maturato negli
anni, abbinata all’utilizzo di macchinari tecnologicamente
all’avanguardia, ci hanno permesso di diventare un importante
realtà nel campo della fornitura di semilavorati per mobili da
arredamento ed in particolare per i settori del bagno, della
cucina e dei soggiorni.

For over 30 years we’ve been producing veneered and painted
furniture panels.
Our long experience together with the use of high tech leading
machinery let us play an important role in the semi-manufactured
furniture supply, particularly as regards bathrooms, kitchens
and living rooms.

Seit über 30 Jahren herstellen wir furnierte und gestrichelte
Möbelpaneele.
Durch die erworbene Erfahrung und die Verwendung von
technologischen leitenden Maschinen spielen wir noch
heute eine wichtige Rolle in der Lieferung der halbfertigen
Möbeleinrichtung, besonders für Badezimmer, Küche und
Wohnzimmer.

Le nostre principali produzioni riguardano componenti per mobili
verniciati e finiti pronti per il montaggio come ad esempio ANTE
lisce con bordo raggio 2, FIANCHI e COPERCHI/FONDI forati e
MENSOLE e TOP anche con spessori fino a 76 mm.
In un’ottica di continua soddisfazione della clientela, eseguiamo
lavorazioni particolari come ad esempio elementi con bordi
curvi, fianchi con 1 lato nobilitato melaminico e 1 lato
impiallacciato tranciato e folding di vario tipo.
Proponiamo ampie soluzioni sulle finiture come ad esempio le
spazzolature e le graffiature con verniciature e laccature a poro
aperto.

Our main productions consist of painted and finished
furniture components ready for assembling, such as
smooth DOORS with 2 mm radius-rounded edge, SIDES
and perforated COVERS/BOTTOMS, SHELVES and TOPS
up to 76 mm. thick.

In order to meet constantly our customers’ wishes,
we can carry out special supplies, such as curved
edge components, furniture sides with one ennobled
melamine face and one veneered shearing face and
different folding furniture.
We offer wide finishing solutions such as brushing
and scratching finishing with painting and open pore
lacquering.

Lieferungen für die Möbelindutrie
Unsere hauptsächliche Herstellungen betreffen
veredelte, fertige und montagebereite Möbelbestanteile,
wie z.B. glatte TÜREN mit 2mm-Radius runder Kante,
SEITENTEILE und durchlöcherte DECKEL/BODENTEILE,
KONSOLEN und DECKEL bis 76 mm stark.

jederzeit
allen
Kundenaufforderungen
nachzukommen, führen wir auch besondere Lieferungen
aus, wie z.B. Bestandteile mit gebogener Kanten,
Seitenteile mit einem veredelten Melaminseitenteil
und einem furnierten geschnittenen Seitenteil und
verschiedene Folding.
Wir bieten eine große Auswahl an Bearbeitungen wie
z.B. das Bürsten und das Schrammen mit Anstreichen
und offenporigem Lackieren.

Tutte le fasi del processo produttivo vengono eseguite
all’interno della nostra struttura consentendo così il costante
controllo sulle lavorazioni e sulla qualità dei prodotti.
Disponiamo di un vasto magazzino di materie prime come
tranciati e precomposti (rovere, ciliegio, wenghè ecc.),
oltre che a pannelli di varie tipologie e spessore (truciolare
E1, truciolare IDRO, E0, mdf, multistrati, ecc.). L’alto valore
tecnologico della nostra azienda è testimoniato da macchinari
come la doppia linea di squadrabordatura, il centro lavoro a 5
assi e la linea di verniciatura UV a rullo.
Il nostro reparto di verniciatura è anche composto
da un carosello e da due cabine di verniciatura che
permettono di eseguire produzioni just in time.

From raw panel to finished furniture
All manufacturing phases are carried out in-house in
order to keep a constant check on manufacturing and
product quality. We’ve got a wide warehouse for sheared
and preassembled raw materials (oak, cherry tree, wenge
etc.) and for different panels in kind and thickness (E1
chipboard, HIDRO chipboard, mdf, multiply, etc.).
Wir haben auf Lager viele Rohstoffe, wie z.B.
geschnittene und vormontierte Bestandteile (Eichenholz,
Kirschbaumholz, Wenge, usw.) und Paneele aller Art und
Stärke (E1 veredelte Paneele, HYDRO veredelte Paneele,
mdf, vielschichtige Paneele, usw.).
The high tech level of our company is shown by the use of leading
machinery such as the line of double side sizing and edge banding
machine, the 5-axis working centre and the UV roller painting line.
Our paint department also consists of a roundabout machine and two
painting rooms for just in time painting.
