WHO WE ARE
Alveare Group Permanent Consortium can be proud of its ten-years experience.
The Headquarter is in Vicenza and nowadays the consortium can count on 150 Italian
members operating in all the commodities sectors which are presents in the market.
The Consortium is currently working both in Italy and abroad (Russia, Romania,
Kazakhstan, Algeria, Gulf Countries, etc.).
Alveare Group operates in the interest of the consortium members and associated
companies. It coordinates the services by organizing its associates to face the national and
international market in an efficient, reliable and competitive way. The consortium mainly
works with public Bodies, institutions and organizations.
The areas of business are: building works and restoration, road infrastructures, heat-water
systems, electrical and public lighting systems, illuminated signs systems, water purification
systems, energy production and co-generation systems, etc.
It makes offers, takes part to tenders and private bids to acquire contracts, licenses or any
other kind of contracts that are entrusted to its Members.
The profiles of Members have been characterised by marked differentiation in the areas of
action, as well as growth in the portfolio of SOA, references and group financial figures.

Alveare Group provides its services to its Members and to non-associated SMEs.
Non-associated SMEs aiming at acquiring domestic and international contracts through
tenders and private bids, can avail themselves of the full and qualified commercial-technical
advice, provided by the Consortium able to meet their needs promptly and selectively.
Thanks to these companies Alveare Group can count on an in-depth coverage of the
domestic and international territory with indirect technical-commercial facilities.
Alveare Group stands out among the currently operating organizations thanks to its
relevant SOA certificate and to its several certifications: ISO 9001:2008 (sectors EA 28,
EA 33, EA 35, EA 37), ISO 14001:2004 (ENVIRONMENT management), OHSAS
18001:99 (now OHSAS 18001:2007 – SAFETY management), SA 8000:2001 (SOCIAL
RESPONSIBILITY management).

Alveare Group grants that its services comply

Technical quality:
ensuring that the demand and supply of the service, correspond to each other, both in
intrinsic terms with respect to the needs expressed and in terms of the guarantee of
continuity, of service, and promptness of operational response.
Relational quality:
regards the management of relationships, between the parties in relation in particular
to the willingness of the person, performing the contract to solve problems and to deal
with the difficulties as they are presented, and facilitating communication through the
implementation of suitable information and support systems, the use of suitable language,
etc.
Financial quality:
ensuring the best possible deal for the customer in terms of cost incurred and the service
received in relation to the costs incurred by the person providing the service. Particular
attention is thus required for the containing of operating costs.
Corporate identity quality:
it is an important value in terms of the security and reliability of the company being
judged, with risk reduction for the contractor.
Management quality:
it is the ability of the company to provide a service that works and is simple and efficient
in compliance with what has been requested by the contractor.

The Consortium, which has always been an expression of expansion in developing
countries, has implemented its path within the scope of enlargement towards the
international markets in the development of designs.
Throughout 2010 the consortium has experienced a strong development and a remarkable
financial investment.
After a long and ongoing path of know-how investment and creation of important
institutional relationships, the consortium has reached many East countries, such as Russia,
Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldavia, Romania, etc.
Giving priority to the development of international markets the Consortium has decided
to consolidate its presence even in North and Central Africa with particular attention to
Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and not underestimating countries such as Ghana and Senegal
especially regarding the social housing projects.
The expansion in the Arab Countries and even in those of the Gulf was also a significant
part of the development process.
The ongoing development of the business activity leads the consortium to search new
markets such as Panama, Venezuela and Brazil which offer very interesting opportunities.
In a competitive specialization perspective, Alveare Group has undertaken a strategic
path in the field of the social building, field of action strongly, growing due to the
needs of housing of many countries currently undergoing political, social and economic
transformations.
Alveare Group offers to its members the opportunity to be accompanied from the
origin of the negotiations, after evaluation of the proposal by the consortium, up to
the end of the works. This thanks to a thick net of Italian and foreign professionals,
who cooperate with the consortium bringing added value in terms of technical and
financial reliability, and thanks to the structure of Alveare Group that has reached
a very important level of professionalism.
