Lucamaleonte
Nasce a Roma nel 1983, dove attualmente vive e lavora.
La sua attività prende forma sui muri delle vie cittadine. Nella seconda metà degli Anni Novanta varca il
circuito galleristico e museale. Maestro dello stencil, Lucamaleonte è tra i fondatori dell’International Poster
Art; presenza costante nei principali eventi nazionali ed internazionali dedicati al genere, nel 2008 è tra gli
street artist invitati da Banksy al Cans festival di Londra. Lucamaleonte coniuga arte di strada e immaginario
medioevale, in una ricerca espressiva che affonda le sue radici negli antichissimi bestiari trecenteschi, che
reinterpreta attraverso la tecnica dello stencil, creando un ponte immaginario da tradizione e
ultracontemporaneità.
