Accomodation: The flat consists of a room with double bed and a single bed, dining
room with 3 single beds for 6 people in total, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a
large terrace with table and chairs.
Location: The flat is settled at the 2nd floor in a building, which is in the first
outskirts of Rome.
The area is well served by bus routes, by which it is possible to reach easily the
centre of the City, the Central Railway Station, the Vatican City as well as many
other tourist attractions. Within easy reach of motorways towards North and South.
Particulars: Colour Tv, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric oven, dryer, washing
machine, iron. Centrally heated.
Prices for I.P.A. Members and relatives:
Euro 30,00 per person per night.
The above prices include the weekly supply of sheets and towels.
In the kitchen, guests will find olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and other spices.
Bottles of wine are also at their disposal at the prices of purchase.
An account of Euro 50,00 is required on booking by postal order addressed to
Mrs Laura Colaiacomo – Via Conca d’Oro 212 – 00141 Roma – Italia . The
balance will be paid at guests’ arrival.
