La DPN della C.M.E. é una macchina interessante poiché in essa si coniugano economia di gestione, versatilità, igiene e affidabilità.
Principali caratteristiche
Regolazione della velocità di gabbia e battitore tramite inverter. Gruppo rulli, in gomma alimentare, per la pigiatura soffice delle uve, facilmente
regolabile ed estraibile. Costruzione meccanica concepita per consentire in pochi minuti l’allontanamento del gruppo di trasmissione, l’estrazione
in orizzontale o in verticale sia del battitore che della gabbia. Ne consegue una notevole facilità di pulizia e manutenzione. Sostituibilità di gabbia e
battitore. Alimentazione a scivolo o con tramoggia sgrondante o direttamente flangiata all’alimentatore/convogliatore. Possibilità di installazione
in fosse di dimensioni contenute. Abbinamento a pompa monovite con tramoggia o a semplice tramoggia raccoglimosto dotata di raccordo per
collegamento ad elettropompa a pistoni.
Impiego
Predisposta per regolare la distanza tra l’estremità delle pale diraspatrici e la gabbia tramite disassabilità della gabbia stessa.
Queste due regolazioni consentono di ottimizzare la sgranatura delle uve sia raccolte manualmente che meccanicamente.

Les caractéristiques techniques font du DPN de C.M.E. une machine extrêmement intéressante car elle allie l’économie de gestion, l’hygiène et la fiabilité.
Caractéristiques principales: réglage de la vitesse de la cage et du batteur par inverseur. Groupes cylindres en caoutchouc alimentaire pour le foulage doux des raisins,
facilement réglable et démontable. Construction mécanique conçue pour permettre l’éloignement du groupe de transmission, l’extraction horizontale ou verticale aussi bien de l’arbre batteur
que de la cage. Principal atout: la facilité de nettoyage et d’entretien. Cage et arbre batteur interchangeable. Alimentation par goulotte, par trémie d’égouttage ou bridée directement sur le
convoyeur/alimentation. Possibilité d’installation en fosses de dimensions limitées. Combiné à une pompe monovis à trémie ou avec une simple trémie de récupération du moût dotée de raccord
pour la liaison à une électropompe à pistons. Emploi: pré-équipée pour régler la distance entre l’extrémité des palettes érafleuses et la cage par désaxage de cette dernière. Ces deux réglages
permettent d’optimiser l’égrappage des raisins vendangés à la main ou mécaniquement. Sur demande: cylindres pneumatiques.
The technical features make the DPN manufactured by C.M.E. an extremely interesting machine as it combines economy of management, flexibility, hygiene and reliability. Main features:
adjustment of cage and beater shaft speed by means of inverter. Easily adjusted and removed roller unit made of food-grade rubber for soft crushing of grapes. Mechanical structure designed
to allow removal of drive unit within a few minutes, plus horizontal or vertical removal of both the beater shaft and cage. The result is easy cleaning and maintenance. Replaceable cage and
destemming beater. Feeding by means of chute or draining hopper or directly flanged to the feeder/conveyor. It can be installed in small pits. It can be fitted with single screw pump with hopper
or just a must-collection hopper provided with fitting for connection to an operated electric pump. Use: possibility of adjusting distance between the ends of the grape shredder blades and the
cage by the cage offset. These two adjustments allow separation of both manually and mechanically harvested grapes to be optimized. On demand: pneumatic cylinders.
Die technischen Eigenschaften machen die DPN von C.M.E. zu einer wirklich interessanten Maschine, denn sie vereint Pluspunkte wie Wirtschaftlichkeit, Vielseitigkeit, Hygiene und
Zuverlässigkeit. Haupteigenschaften: Elektronische Geschwindigkeitsregelung von Korb und Schlagwerk mittels Frequenzumrichter. Walzengruppen aus lebensmitteltauglichem Gummi
zum schonenden Maischen der Trauben, leicht einstellbar und herauszuziehen. Bauweise, die das minutenschnelle Ausfahren der Antriebsgruppe und das waagerechte und senkrechte
Herausziehen von Schlagwerk und Korb gestattet. Daraus ergibt sich eine reinigungs- und wartungsfreundliche Maschine. Austauschbarkeit von Korb und Schlagwerk. Traubenzufuhr über
Rutsche entweder mit Abtropftrichter oder direkt an Zufuhr/Fördervorrichtung geflanscht. Installation in Gruben mit mäßigen Abmessungen möglich. In Kombination mit Einschraubenpumpe
mit Trichter oder einfachem Maischesammeltrichter, mit Anschluss für Verbindung an Elektrokolbenpumpe Einsatz: Vorrüstung zur Einstellung des Abstands zwischen dem Ende den
Abbeerflügeln und dem Korb durch Versetzen der Korbachse. Diese beiden Einstellungen gestatten das optimierte Entrappen der Trauben, sowohl bei Handlese als auch bei mechanisierter
Lese. Auf Anfrage: Pneumatikzylinder.
Las características técnicas hacen que la máquina DPN de C.M.E. sea muy interesante ya que en ella se unen economía de gestión, versatilidad, higiene y confiabilidad. Caracteristicas
principales: regulación de la velocidad de la jaula y del batidor mediante inversor. Grupo de rodillos de goma, uso alimenticio, para el pisado suave de las uvas, de fácil regulación y extraíble.
Con una construcción mecánica que permite el alejamiento del grupo de transmisión, la extracción horizontal o vertical del batidor y de la jaula en pocos minutos; esto facilita las operaciones
de limpieza y mantenimiento. Posibilidad de sustituir la jaula y el batidor. Alimentación mediante rampa o con tolva de escurrimiento o directamente embridada al alimentador/transportador.
Se puede instalar en fosos de pequeñas dimensiones. Acoplado a una bomba monorrosca o a una simple tolva recoge-mosto dotada de ataque para la conexión a una electrobomba. Empleo:
predispuesta para regular la distancia entre los extremos de las palas despalilladoras y la jaula mediante el desplazamiento de los ejes de la jaula. Estas dos regulaciones permite optimizar el
desgranado de las uvas recogidas manual o mecánicamente. Bajo pedido: cilindros neumáticos.
