For stick-packs and bags
Omag (Gabicce Mare, PU) proposes CS
vertical packaging machines available in
versions of up to 14 lanes. These are
intermittent motion units that start from heatsealable film fed from the reel, cut it into the
number of webs corresponding to the
number of lanes and form tubular packs
sealed lengthwise by vertical sealing bars
(“fin seal” sealing). Then, the bottom is
sealed, the product is dosed and inserted,
the top is sealed and the packs are cut and
separated before being fed on a conveyor
belt.
Dosing systems: volumetric filler with
oscillating hoppers and a twin set of
distributing cups (for granular and free
flowing products); auger filler with
independent brushless powering on each
line (for powdery, greasy and non free
flowing products); filler with timed electrovalves, with electro-mechanical timer (for
liquid products); pneumatic pump filler with
rotating valve distribution and shrinking
system at end of dose unload (for high
viscosity and low viscosity products).
All fillers are micro-metrically adjustable
while machine is running and can be fineadjusted on each single lane independently.

• The C3 is available in configurations from
two to twelve lanes and can pack crystal
sugar, sweeteners, salt, pepper, tea, sugar
based soft drink powders and chemical and
pharmaceutical granules in sachets sealed
on four sides. A system for unordered
cartoning can be installed on the machine
that counts and packs produced sachets
automatically. Sachet sizes can vary from
35x40 to 150x220 mm. Dosing is by an
oscillating hopper and a twin set of
distributing cups. The machine can achieve
up to 200 cycles/minute.
From wrap to pallet
OPM Group comprises 5 divisions: OPM
Chocolate, Fima, Jointech, OPM Packaging
and Samas.
OPM Packaging offers turnkey packaging
lines for the chocolate and confectionery,
bakery product and biscuit, dairy and
frozen foods, pharmaceutical and
cosmetics sectors. Their Müesli bar lines
are made up of: row setting unit,
flowpackers, boxing and casepacking
machines.
Their lines for packaging sliced product,
with viewing systems (camera control of
product), include forming, filling and tray
covering operations.
Among the other group concerns we note:
OPM Chocolate (chocolate modeling
systems); Fima (high speed wrapping
machines, with dedicated wrapping
modules); Jointech (flowpacking lines) and
Samas (turnkey palletisation systems).
Per stick-pack e bustine
Omag (Gabicce Mare, PU) propone le confezionatrici verticali CS, disponibili in versioni fino a
14 piste. Si tratta di macchine a movimento intermittente che utilizzano film termosaldante da bobina, lo tagliano in tante fasce quante sono le piste di lavoro, e quindi
formano confezioni tubolari saldate longitudinalmente con barre verticali (saldatura
“a pinna”). In un secondo tempo, la CS esegue la
saldatura del fondo, il dosaggio e l’inserimento del prodotto, la
saldatura del lembo superiore e il taglio-separazione delle confezioni, prima di avviarle al nastro trasportatore d’uscita.
I sistemi di dosaggio comprendono un dosatore volumetrico con tramogge basculanti
a doppia serie di tazze di distribuzione (per prodotti granulari e scorrevoli); a coclea con
motorizzazione brushless indipendente su ogni pista (per prodotti polverulenti e grassi
e di difficile scorrimento); a elettrovalvole temporizzate, con timer elettromeccanico (per
prodotti liquidi); a pompa pneumatica con distributore a valvola rotante e sistema di risucchio a ogni fine scarico (per prodotti pastosi e cremosi). Tutti i dosatori sono regolabili micrometricamente a macchina in moto, e possono essere comandati in modo indipendente su ciascuna pista. • Specifica per confezionare zucchero, dolcificanti, sale, pepe, the, preparati per bibite granulati chimici e farmaceutici, in bustine saldate sui quattro lati, la C3 è disponibile in versioni da due fino a dodici piste. Sulla macchina può essere installato un sistema
di incartonamento alla rinfusa, grazie al quale le buste prodotte vengono contate e imballate automaticamente. Le dimensioni delle buste possono variare da 35x40 sino a
150x220 mm. Il dosaggio avviene con tramoggia oscillante e doppia serie di
tazze di distribuzione. La macchina può operare fino 200 cicli/min.
Dall’incarto al pallet
OPM Group è costituito da 5 divisioni: OPM Chocolate, Fima,

OPM Packaging propone linee di confezionamento chiavi in mano
nei settori cioccolato e
caramelle, prodotti da
forno e biscotti, lattiero-caseari e surgelati, farmaceutico e cosmetico.
Le linee per barrette müesli sono composte da: unità di
distribuzione ranghi, confezionatrici flow-pack, inscatolatrici e incartonatrici. Le linee per il confezionamento affettati, con sistema di visione (lettura del prodotto con
telecamera), prevedono la formatura, il riempimento e
la coperchiatura dei vassoi. Tra le altre realtà del gruppo ricordiamo: OPM Chocolate (impianti di modellaggio
per cioccolato); Fima (incartatrici ad alte velocità, dotate di moduli di incarto dedicati); Jointech (linee di confezionamento flow-pack) e Samas (impianti di palettizzazione chiavi in mano).

Fondata nel 1850, Goglio (Daverio, VA)
è diventato un punto di riferimento
internazionale grazie all’offerta del Fres-co
System, ossia un sistema completo e
integrato che comprende imballaggi
flessibili alta barriera, macchine di
confezionamento, tecnologia e assistenza
tecnica.
FRESCHEZZA,
sottovuoto
Emballage, Goglio ha esposto
due sistemi di confezionamento:
G90V e G500.
• G90V è una linea automatica di
riempimento sotto vuoto per il confezionamento di prodotti sterilizzati
e pastorizzati (piatti pronti, conserve vegetali, zuppe, salse, pesce,
sottaceti, frutta ecc) in buste
preformate piatte o
stand-up, anche personalizzate, in formati fino a 10 kg.
Le buste preformate
Goglio possono essere fornite ai clienti
come buste singole,
nella soluzione a nastro per G90, o anche completamente

saldate, compatibili agli standard
HACCP. Goglio è infatti specializzata nella produzione di laminati sia con alluminio sia trasparenti, adatti alla sterilizzazione, al riempimento a caldo o all’utilizzo
nel microonde; nell’offerta figurano anche molti accessori, fra cui erogatori, sistemi di richiusura e apertura facilitata
e maniglie. Il gruppo vuoto della G90V elimina l’aria residua nella confezione, compensandola in seguito (se necessario) con
gas inerte.
Caratterizzata da un cambio formato semplice, la linea può raggiungere una velocità di 50 pz/min; la Divisione Macchine
Goglio garantisce controllo remoto e servizi di teleassistenza.
• Il sistema G500 è invece specifico per
il confezionamento del caffé. Modulare
e versatile, questa macchina è costituita
da un unico telaio su cui sono assemblati
i diversi elementi, compreso il quadro
elettrico. La struttura, semplice e compatta, permette una notevole riduzione
dei tempi di installazione, ottimizzando
così anche le spedizioni (risultano infatti più agevoli e meno costose).
La macchina è stata esposta a Parigi
nella configurazione più completa: partendo da laminati alta barriera in bobina, confeziona sacchetti da 250 g di
caffé macinato e da 1 kg di caffé in grani. Una soluzione innovativa, il cui risultato è un packaging sottovuoto con
squadratura costante, lembo diritto e
valvola, possibilità di ripiegare il lembo
e applicare il nastro per la richiusura.
Founded in 1850, Goglio (Daverio, VA) has become an international
benchmark thanks to its offer of the Fres-co System, or that is a complete
and integrated system that includes anti-barrier flexible packaging,
packaging machines, technology and technical assistance.
Vacuum freshness
At Emballage, Goglio showed two
packaging systems at work: G90V
and G500.
• G90V is an automatic vacuum
filling line for the packaging of
sterilized and pasteurized products
(ready meals, vegetable preserves,
soups, sauces, fish, pickles, fruit
etc) in pre-made flat and stand up
pouches, customized shapes, even
in formats of up to 10 kg.
Goglio’s preformed bags can be
supplied to customers as single
pouches, in the z-belt solutions for
G90, or also completely sealed,
compliant with HACCP standards.
Goglio is specialised in the

production of high barrier
laminates, both with alufoil and
transparent, suited for
sterilisation, hot filling or use in
microwave ovens. The range
includes various accessories
(dispensers, reclosing systems,
handles, easy opening).
The vacuum chamber of G90V line
removes the headspace air in the
pouch, subsequently
compensating with inert gases if
needed. Format and size change
are easy and the line can reach a
speed up to 50 pc/min.
It is equipped with remote control
PC system and tele-assistance
connection with Goglio Machine
Division.
• An innovatory line for the vacuum
packaging of coffee, the G500
system comprises a single frame,
the G500 features a versatile,
modular design; the various
elements are assembled on the
same structure, including the
electrical controls. The simple and
compact structure enables a
considerable reduction in
installation time, also optimising
shipment, making it easier and
cheaper. The machine will be on
show in Paris with the most
complete configuration: starting off
from high barrier laminates on reel,
it is suitable to pack 250 g bags of
ground coffee and 1 kg of coffee
grains. An innovatory solution, the
result being a constantly squared
off vacuum pack with straight flap
and valve packaging, the flap can
also be folded back and reclosed
using the attached tape.

La linea si compone di un sistema di alimentazione prodotto e taglio e di una confezionatrice flowpack. Si passa quindi al confezionamento secondario in vaschette di cartone, effettuato da un robot

TNA ha portato a Emballage le sue macchine formfill-seal verticali Robag® 3, ideali per alimenti “difficili” come prodotti freschi e in polvere, dolci ecc.
Della gamma sono stati presentati, in particolare, i modelli Robag® 3tx e Robag® 3fx (foto). Il primo può essere
dotato di doppia o singola ganascia rotante o di ganascia
rotante piatta, laddove la Robag® 3fx può essere fornita
anche con tripla ganascia rotante. Tra le soluzioni in fiera, ricordiamo anche il sistema di distribuzione Roflo™
“Gate-Less”, delicato e modulare. La particolare progettazione del sistema assicura infatti l'integrità del prodotto, riducendo le operazioni di manutenzione e pulizia.
• TNA non è solo packaging: la società australiana (sede
europea a Birmingham, UK) ha deciso di ampliare le proprie capacità come fornitore di soluzioni integrate per il
processo alimentare.
Inizialmente rivolta alle linee di produzione degli snack, la
divisione processi alimentari dell'azienda punta ora ad
abbracciare tutti i comparti del food. TNA sarà dunque in
grado di seguire il cliente nella realizzazione dell’intera
linea produttiva di processo/imballaggio (comprese apparecchiature per pesatura, dosaggio, confezione
ed ispezione).

The fair featured the presentation

The former can be equipped with

3fx can also be fitted with triple

Pouch lights the way
The Qbag, an aluminium foil
pouch with an easy peel and self-
venting polyester window

food manufacturers extend the
reach of their products in to the
home barbecue market.
The product is visible to the
chef during cooking and the
pack expands to provide a
“chamber” that self-vents to
allow pressure and steam to
escape safely.
The easy-peel polyester window
allows good product visibility,
while tailored oxygen
permeability supports extended
shelf life for products.
The window may be peeled off
during cooking so the cook can
stir the product or if peeled off
after cooking it will create a

Le nuove CPU hanno una connettività
USB e di tipo Ethernet con due porte:
una standard e una Ethernet Powerlink
sempre disponibile (convertibile anche
in standard). Ulteriori connessioni sono
possibili con moduli RS232, RS485,
Profibus, CANopen o Devicenet.
Le CPU possono essere espanse sul
proprio rack nativo con altri moduli X20
sui quali è possibile aggiungere un bus
transmitter per la remotazione su diverse isole I/O in formato IP20 o IP67, direttamente dalla dorsale B&R X2X o dalla rete Powerlink.

Without wastings
Teepack-Spezialmaschinen GmbH
(Meerbusch, D) broadens its offer of special
solutions with the new FM 260 machine for
closing and labeling block bottom bags,
attachable to the Zenobia vertical
packaging machine. The system is compact
and economical, without wasting packaging
material. Thanks to the “Air-Free” device,
Zenobia can also produce compact and airfree bags, meaning the packaging material
does not need to be compacted and reinserted before the folding and labeling
processes.
The Air-Free device has a density control
that, should the apparent density oscillate,
uses a step motor for configuring the organs
that fold the lateral flaps of the pack and
automatically transmits the length of the bag
to the FM260 machine. As the system works
in continuous operation, it can produce up
to 110 packs/minute in formats between
40x60 and 100x200 mm in thickness and
between 55 to 250 mm in length.
Twist-off closure
The Polish industry OLE! chose the TNB
twist-off closure with deep skirt, produced
by Silgan White Cap, for the launch of two
new types of ready meals. The closure is 70
mm in diameter and features a safety
button, more surface for decoration and a
good grip.
The new specialties by OLE! are presented
in an attractive 450 ml glass jar of innovative
design.

Senza sprechi
Pensato per chiudere ed etichettare le confezioni a doppio fondo quadro realizzate dalla confezionatrice verticale Zenobia,
FM 260 di Teepack-Spezialmaschinen GmbH (Meerbusch,
D) è un sistema compatto ed economico, in grado di abbattere gli sprechi di materiale. Grazie al dispositivo “Air-Free”, Zenobia
è anche in grado di produrre una confezione già priva di aria
e compattata, rendendo superfluo il compattamento e rifilo
del materiale prima del risvolto e dell´etichettatura. Il dispositivo Air-Free è munito di un controllo di densità che, in caso di
variazioni della densità apparente, autoregola gli organi del soffietto per le pieghe laterali della confezione tramite un motore
passo-passo, e trasmette l´altezza della confezione alla FM 260.
L’impianto può produrre, a funzionamento continuo, fino a 110 conf/min, con formati (a 40x60 fino a 100x200 mm di sezione e da 55 fino a 250 mm di altezza.
Chiusura twist-off - Per il lancio di due nuovi
tipi di piatti pronti, l’industria polacca OLE!
ha scelto la capsula twist-off TNB, ad imbutitura profonda, prodotta da Silgan White Cap.
Si tratta di una chiusura con diametro 70 mm
e bottone di sicurezza, in grado di offrire non
solo maggiori possibilità di decorazioni ma anche una buona presa.
Le nuove specialità OLE! sono presentate in
un’attraente confezione di vetro da 450 ml, dal
design innovativo.
