Conclusions
GeoSTARe is a unique mission to measure water vapour and
possibly soil moisture (co-located) with fine time/space resolution
It has been proposed by 45 scientists (+ technicians), from 34
institutions as next EE-9
Given the high innovation and challenging features, we expect from
the board an evaluation to identify costs-benefits, show-stoppers
and perspectives
Preparatory activites, studies and demonstrations are needed, for
both water-vapor (+integration in meteo-models) and soil moisture
