Den Tod niemand zwingen kunnt
Bei allen Menschenkindern,
Das macht' alles unsre Sünd,
Kein Unschuld war zu finden.
Davon kam der Tod so bald
Und nahm über uns Gewalt,
Hielt uns in seinem Reich gefangen.
Halleluja!
Nessuno poteva sconfiggere la morte
tra tutti i figli dell'uomo,
tutto ciò a causa dei nostri peccati,
non esisteva più l'innocenza.
Perciò la morte venne subito
e prese potere su di noi,
tenendoci prigionieri nel suo regno.

Es war ein wunderlicher Krieg,
Da Tod und Leben rungen,
Das Leben behielt den Sieg,
Es hat den Tod verschlungen.
Die Schrift hat verkündigt das,
Wie ein Tod den andern fraß,
Ein Spott aus dem Tod ist worden.
Halleluja!
Ci fu una prodigiosa battaglia
che oppose la morte alla vita,
la vita riportò la vittoria
annientando la morte.
Le Scritture preannunciavano che
una morte avrebbe cancellato l'altra,
la morte è stata schernita.
Alleluia!

Der Sünden Nacht ist verschwunden.

Allora celebriamo con cuore lieto
e gioioso la grande festa
che il Signore accende per noi,
egli stesso è il sole
che con lo splendore della sua grazia
illumina l'intero nostro cuore,
la notte del peccato è svanita.

Mangiamo e saziamoci

oli aromatici, com'è usanza seppellire per i Giudei" (Gv 19,40)

"Dov'è, o morte, la tua vittoria? Dov'è, o morte, il tuo pungiglione? Il
pungiglione della morte è il peccato e la forza del peccato è la legge.
Siano rese grazie a Dio che ci dà la vittoria per mezzo del Signore
nostro Gesù Cristo!" (1 Cor 15,55-57)

"L'agnello sia senza difetto, maschio, nato nell'anno; preso un po' del
suo sangue, lo porranno sui due stipiti e sull'architrave delle case, in
cui lo dovranno mangiare. In quella notte ne mangeranno la carne
arrostita al fuoco; la mangeranno con azzimi e con erbe amare. In
quella notte io passerò per il paese d'Egitto e colpirò ogni
primogenito nel paese d'Egitto, uomo o bestia . Il sangue sulle vostre
case sarà il segno che voi siete dentro: io vedrò il sangue e passerò
oltre, non vi sarà per voi flagello di sterminio, quando io colpirò il
paese d'Egitto." (Es 12, 3-12)

"Non sapete che un po' di lievito fa fermentare tutta la pasta?
Togliete via il lievito vecchio, per essere pasta nuova, poiché siete
azzimi. E infatti Cristo, nostra Pasqua, è stato immolato! Celebriamo
dunque la festa non con il lievito vecchio, né con lievito di malizia e
di perversità, ma con azzimi di sincerità e di verità." (1 Cor 5,6-8)
