Tutte le domande devono essere inviate a: [email protected] almeno 15 giorni prima dell’evento (in alcuni
casi, come per eventi internazionali, i termini saranno differenti ed indicati dagli organizzatori).
All applications must be submitted at least 15 days before the event (in some cases, such as international
events, the terms will be different and indicated by the organizers) to: [email protected]
Le domande devono essere effettuate su carta intestata della pubblicazione / agenzia fotografica e devono
essere firmate dal direttore responsabile o dal capo redattore.
Applications must be made on headed paper of the publication / photo agency and must be signed by the
director or the chief editor
Le richieste devono includere il nome dell’inviato che coprirà l'evento (specificando se trattasi di giornalista o
fotografo) e una copia della sua tessera professionale.
Applications must indicate the name of the media representative and specify the role (journalist,
photographer, other...) and have copy of professional card attached
Devono essere forniti dettagli della pubblicazione riferiti a diffusione e tiratura. Le agenzie fotografiche o i freelance, devono indicare le pubblicazioni per cui lavorano.
Details of the publication referred to distribution and circulation must be provided. Photo agencies or
freelancers, should indicate the publications they work for.
Tutte le richieste devono includere copie di articoli e/o foto pubblicati.
All applications must include copies of articles and / or photos published.
E’ richiesta l’indicazione chiara di un indirizzo e-mail e di un recapito telefonico.
Clear indication of an email address and a telephone/mobile number is requested
Il modulo di Accredito Stampa deve essere compilato e inviato insieme alla richiesta formale, fornendo tutte
le informazioni richieste.
Press accreditation form must be filled in and submitted with the formal request, providing all requested
information.
N.B.: Il modulo, da solo, non sarà considerato una richiesta di accredito.
NB: The form, alone, will not be considered a request for accreditation.
La lista delle richieste di accredito sarà inviata agli organizzatori del campionato cui spetta l’approvazione
finale
The accreditations list will be sent to the Championship Organizers’ Press Officer which is in charge for the
final approval
Per questioni di sicurezza l’accesso alla pit-lane ed al percorso di gara (track) sarà garantito ad un numero
limitato di giornalisti e fotografi e strettamente controllato. Per tale motivo, l’assegnazione della
*Pettorina/Pista è a discrezione dell’Ufficio Stampa, in sinergia con la Direzione Gara.
For security reasons, access to the pit lane and the /track will be granted to a limited number of journalists and
photographers and tightly controlled. For this reason, the allocation of *Track/Tabard is at the discretion of the
PressOffice, in synergy with the Race Direction.

*Pettorina/Pista – Track/Tabard:
- è richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 20 euro / a deposit of 20 euro is required
- è richiesta una copertura assicurativa professionale / copy of the professional indemnity insurance cover is
required
- è richiesta la firma dello “Scarico di responsabilità” / an undersigned liability waiver form is required
