- La Casa Vacanze has six apartments equipped with oven, fridge, pay TV and autonomous heating:
a. Beato Angelico: 40m² apartment, equipped with living room with cooking corner and bed sofa,

b. Della Robbia: 35m² apartment, equipped with: living room with cooking corner and bed sofa,
double bedroom and bath with shower;

d. Marzocco: 52m² apartment, equipped with: living room with futon and bed sofa, kitchen,

with two beds, kitchen, shower bath;

Agriturismo “Valleverde”^^^

- The agriturismo has six apartments and six bedrooms, with some room accessible to the disabled people.
Guests can use the swimming pool and children’s playground. The agriturismo, moreover, organize coking
lessons, wine tours and tasting lessons. A restaurant, where is possible to taste typical products, is
available for the guests.
- All the apartments have a private outdoor area:
a. Casa Blu: 63 m² apartment, equipped with: 2 double or twin rooms (in one is possible to add an
extra bed), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with bed sofa, terrace with view over the vineyard;
b. Casa Gialla “fienile”: 43-m² apartment, equipped with one double room, one bathroom, loft with
two single beds, kitchen, living room and terrace with garden;
c. Casa Rossa: 28-m² apartment, equipped with one double or twin room, one bathroom, kitchen
and living room with bed sofa, terrace with view over the garden;
d. Casa Verde: 63 m² apartment, equipped with two double or twin rooms (in one is possible to add
an extra bed), two bathrooms, kitchen, living room with bed sofa, terrace with view over the swimming
pool;
e. Il Colto: 70 m² apartment, on the first floor of the main house, is equipped with two double or
twin rooms (in one is possible to add an extra bed), two bathrooms, kitchen, living room with double bed
sofa, private gazebo on the ground floor;

f. La Cantina: 66 m² apartment, equipped with one double room with private bathroom, two twin
rooms with private bathrooms, kitchen, living room, big terrace with view over the swimming pool;
- Rooms are equipped with satellite TV and bathrooms with hairdryers. There are two kinds of rooms:
a. Camera Viola, Arancione e Celeste: Twin or double, with bathroom, independent entrance and
terrace furnished with table and chairs;
b. Camera Rosmarino, Basilico e Salvia: Twin or double, with bathroom, independent entrance.

- Agriturismo has two apartments, with independent entrance, with view overlooking the swimming pool:
a. Girasole: 54-m² apartment, equipped with living room with kitchenette and double bed sofa,
bathroom and one double room. The apartment can be rented jointly to apartment “Lavanda” and host
until 10 persons.
b. Lavanda: 70-m² apartment, with 40 m² exclusive terrace, equipped with living room with
kitchenette and double bed room, bathroom, satellite TV and double bedroom in the attic.
- Guests can use the swimming pool and children’s playground. The structure also offers to its guests the
opportunity to attend and participate in the activities of the farm. A restaurant, where is possible to taste
typical products, is available for the guests

- The hostel was born during the Jubilee of 2000, inside an old abbey.
- The hostel has nine rooms, with bathrooms near the room and accessible to the disabled people. Are

- For guests is available breakfast, on request, and next to the hostel there is a Restaurant.
- Wi-fi is available in the entire hostel.
