Rhine river and towards Switzerland. Bus stop with connection to Basel is only
150 m away. Swiss border is only 300 m away. Apartment has laminate
flooring. Kitchen is completely furnished and equipped. A cozy seating area is
also available. Through a connection, one can reach the living room with
balcony and view over the Rhine river and towards Switzerland. The living room
is furnished with a couch, coffee table and TV (cable). The bedroom has a
double bed and wardrobe which provides plenty space for two people. The third
room, formerly a child room, is off-limits. The newly renovated bathroom has a
shower with seat. Included in rent is also a parking garage space, washing
machine and dryer in the basement, as well as janitorial service. Monthly rent is
EUR 930,000 per month for one tenant. Telephone and Internet service are the
tenant's responsibility. Shopping possibilities are near by. Pets and smoking is
not permitted in the apartment. Tenancy up to 3 months are welcome too.
