European Side Rail System Directorate published the tender notice
for the Construction of Golden Horn - Kemerburgaz Light Railway
Line. The Golden Horn - Kemerburgaz Light Railway Line is an
approx. 25 km. long, single-track route that starts from Golden Horn
Bilgi University, passes the Cendere valley to finish at the Ayvad
Bend and that has a separate arm extending to Göktürk district.
The project involves construction, trim works, electromechanical
works (power supply and distribution, signalization, control and
communication systems, auxiliary facilities, elevator, line works,
switches), supply, assembly and commissioning works for the mass
transport system including 10 passengers stations, 1 depot area
and maintenance shop, provision of design services so as to
require minimum maintenance for the system and system parts, 24month long operation & maintenance supervision services for the
system, preparation of operating & maintenance manuals, supply of
2-year spare parts and consumables and special tools &
equipment, provision of on-the-job and overseas trainings, etc.

Air-Rail Line Constrcution, Electromechanical, Fine Works and

European Side Railway Systems Directorate with the tender
registration number 2016/363426.
In accordance with the information obtained by TEBA, the last day
to place bid for this tender which was previously as December 7,
2016 was postponed by 16 days. Tender shall be held on
December 23, 2016 at 10:00 hours at Istanbul Metropolitan
Municipality Additional Service Building, Procurement Directorate,
Tender Hall at the address of “M.Nezih Özmen Mahallesi, Kasým
Sokak, No: 62 Kat: 4 34010 Merter - Güngören/ISTANBUL.”.

The Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation, Department of EU
Investments, published the tender notice for the Supply of Water
and Wastewater System Supportive Equipment for Diyarbakir
Municipality. The subject of the contract shall be the supply,
delivery, unloading, installation, putting into operation, inspection,
calibration and testing, training, warranty services by the Contractor
of Combined Sewer Cleaning Vehicles for cleaning blocked sewers
and storm drains and, Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) equipment for
