WHEEL COVERS
FARAD is present on the trade from more than 30 years, with the widest range of wheel trims in Europe,
establishing our company as one of the trade leaders. Our products are available in 40 different patterns, from
12 to 17 inches. Wheel trims are manufactured in Italy according to quality rules ISO 9001, and checked after
every passage of production, in order to offer a high quality standard.
TENUE SUR LA ROUE
Les enjoliveurs sont fixés à la roue parmi un cerclage métallique (acier zincate avec dureté 40 HRC) et
leur tenue sur la roue est toujours testeés selon des normatives OEM pour être compatibles avec tous les
véhicules.
MATERIALS
Wheel trims are made in Pa66 M20 + PP, a first choice material, by which FARAD can offer a product both
resistant to brakes temperature and flexible in the event of a collision.
PARTENARIAT
FARAD collabore avec de nombreuses maisons d’automobile pour la réalisation d’enjoliveurs de rechange
réalisés avec des matériaux et des peintures indiqués par le client.
PAINTING
Double layer of water paint, covered by a shiny metallic layer, which guarantees a brilliant product and a
strong adhesion of the painting as well, according to OEM requirements.
FIXING ON THE RIM
Wheel trims are fixed by a metallic ring (zinc coated steel with a hardness of 40 HRC); they are checked in
order to be suitable to all car wheels, by means of holding tests according to OEM requirements.
PARTNERSHIP
FARAD cooperates with many car manufacturers to realize spare wheel trims with materials and painting
chosen by the customer itself.

Prodotti in Italia seguendo le specifiche di qualità ISO 9001 e controllati al 100% dopo ogni passaggio di
lavorazione per ottenere un elevato standard di qualità.
MATERIALI
Prodotti in materiale di prima scelta, Pa66 M20 + PP, per ottenere un prodotto resistente alla temperatura dei
freni ma allo stesso tempo flessibile agli urti.
VERNICE
Doppia mano di vernice all’acqua rivestita da uno strato di metallizzato lucido che, oltre ad offrire un prodotto
lucente ed elegante, fornisce una tenuta della vernice sul copricerchio secondo specifiche OEM.
TENUTA SULLA RUOTA
Aggrappati sulla ruota tramite anello metallico (acciaio zincato con durezza 40 HRC), vengono testati per
essere compatibili con tutte le ruote auto con prove di tenuta secondo specifiche OEM.
RADKAPPEN
Die FARAD Radkappen sind, mit einer über 30 jährigen Erfahrung, die größte verfügbare Auswahl in Europa
dank ihren 40 verschiedene Design in 12-17 Zoll. Die FARAD Radkappen sind in Italien produziert und folgen die
ISO 9001 Qualitätsrichtlinien. Diese Radkappen werden nach jeder Stufe der Produktion 100%ig kontrolliert, so
dass ein hohes Niveau des Produktes erreicht wird.
MATERIAL
Alle Radkappen werden aus Plastik erster Qualität Pa66 M20 + PP hergestellt, um ein beständiges Produkt
anzubieten, das die Bremsenhitze erträgt und gleichzeitig schlagfest ist.
LACK
Die Radkappen haben zwei Schichten wasserlöslicher Lack, die mit einer Schicht Hochglanzlack überzogen
sind. Außer das Produkt glänzend zu machen, gibt diese Lackierung eine bessere Haftung auf den Radkappen
gemäß der OEM Richtlinien.
HALTERUNG AUF DEN RÄDERN
Die Radkappen werden mit einem Metallring (verzinktem Stahl C40 mit einer Härte von 40 HRC) am Rad
befestigt und getestet, um sich auf alle Autoräder anzupassen gemäß der OEM Richtlinien.
PARTNERSHIP
FARAD arbeitet mit zahlreiche Autohersteller um die spezifischen Radkappen mit Material und Lack
herzustellen, die den Kunden zufrieden stellt.

considéré un des leaders du marché d’aujourd’hui. Les enjoliveurs sont produits en Italie selon les normatives
de qualité ISO 9001; ils sont contrôlés totalement au 100% après chaque passage de production, à fin d’obtenir

PINTURA
Doble mano de pintura al agua revestida de una capa metalizada brillante que le da al producto un aspecto
resplandeciente y elegante a la vez que proporciona hermeticidad a la pintura sobre el embellecedor
conforme a las especificaciones OEM.
MATERIAUX
Les enjoliveurs sont réalisés en Pa66 M20 + PP, matériel de premier choix, pour avoir un produit résistant aux
hautes températures des freins, mais en même temps flexible aux collisions.
HERMETICIDAD SOBRE LA RUEDA
Los embellecedores van fijados a la rueda mediante un anillo metálico (de acero galvanizado con una dureza
de 40 HRC) y han sido testados para ser compatibles con todas las ruedas de automóvil con pruebas de
hermeticidad conforme a las especificaciones OEM.
PEINTURE
Double couche de peinture à l’eau couverte par une couche métallisée brillante donnant aux produits une finition
élégante et, au même temps, permettant au vernis de se tenir aux enjoliveurs selon des normatives OEM.
