Dispositivo PSS
per la determinazione della densità dei solidi con bilance E42B
●
Togliere delicatamente il piatto.
●
Montare il dispositivo PSS, come da figura, facendo attenzione che non ci sia contatto tra il
supporto del cestello ed il supporto del contenitore.
●
Riempire il contenitore di acqua distillata a 20°C, coprendo di 2÷5 mm il nodo del filo del
cestello, ed azzerare la bilancia.
●
Pesare l’oggetto in aria (sul piatto), annotarne il peso quindi AZZERARE LA BILANCIA.
●
Immergere l’oggetto in acqua (posandolo sul cestello) e leggere il valore negativo (spinta)
che lampeggia sul display.
●
Il rapporto tra il peso all’aria e la spinta dà la densità dell’oggetto.
●
FARE ATTENZIONE CHE NON SI FORMINO BOLLE D’ARIA SULLA SUPERFICIE DEL
CESTELLO E DEL CAMPIONE.

●
Carefully remove the weighing pan.
●
Mount the PSS device like the picture, ensuring that the basket support doesn’t touch the
container support.
●
Fill the container with distilled water at 20°C, covering the basket wire knot 2÷5 mm at least
and zero the balance.
●
Weight the solid sample in air (on the lower pan), note the weight and then ZERO THE
BALANCE.
●
Transfer the sample into the water (in the basket) and read the negative weight (thrust)
lightning on the display.
●
The ratio between the weight in air and the thrust is the density of the sample.
●
ENSURING THAT THERE ARE NOT AIR BUBBLES ON THE BASKET AND ON THE
SAMPLE SURFACE.

Quitar con cuidado el plato.
●
Montar el dispositivo PSS como en la figura, asegurárse que el soporte de la cesta y el
soporte del recipiente no se toca.
●
Llenar el recipiente con agua destilada a 20ºC, cubriendo un mínimo de 2÷5 mm al filo del
cesto y hacer cero la balanza.
●
Pesar el objeto sólido en el aire ( en el plato inferior), anotar el peso y a continuación
PULSAR CERO.
●
Colocar la misma muestra dentro del agua ( en la cesta), leer el valor negativo (empuje) que
aparece en el display.
●
La división entre el peso de la muestra pesada en el aire y el valor negativo ( pesada en el
agua ) es igual a la densidad.
●
PRESTAR ATENCION DE QUE NO SE FORMEN BURBUJAS DE AIRE EN LA
SUPERFICIE, TANTO EN LA CESTA COMO EN LA MUESTRA.

Enlever doucement le plateau.
●
Monter le dispositif PSS, comme indiqué dans l’image, en s’assurant qu’il n’y a pas de
contacts entre le support du plongeur et le support du conteneur.
●
Remplir le conteneur d’eau distillée à 20°C, en couvrant de 2÷5 mm le nœud du fil du panier
et mettre la balance à zéro.
●
Peser l’objet en l’air (sur le plat), prendre note du poids et après METTRE LA BALANCE A
ZERO.
●
Plonger l’objet dans l’eau (en le mettant sur le panier) et lire la valeur négative (poussée) qui
clignote sur le visualisateur.
●
Le rapport entre le poids en l’air et la poussée donne la densité de l’objet.
●
FAIRE ATTENTION QU’IL N’Y AIT PAS DES BULLES D’AIR SUR LA SURFACE DU
PANIER ET DE L’ECHANTILLON.

Come usare la STAMPANTE mod. DP24-PSS col DISPOSITIVO PSS
●
Connettere il cavo RS232 a bilancia e stampante, quindi accendere gli apparecchi.
●
A bilancia scarica premere il tasto Print della stampante: viene eseguito un azzeramento della
bilancia e la stampa della prima parte dello scontrino.
●
Pesare il campione in aria e premere nuovamente il tasto Print: viene acquisito il peso e viene
nuovamente azzerata la bilancia.
●
Pesare il campione in acqua distillata, avendo cura di rimuovere eventuali bolle d’aria, e
premere nuovamente il tasto Print: viene acquisito il peso in acqua e calcolata la densità che
verrà stampata sullo scontrino come nella figura.
How to use the PRINTER mod. DP24-PSS with DEVICE PSS
●
Connect the balance to the printer using RS232 cable and power on them.
●
With the balance pan unloaded press the key Print of the printer: the balance reset the
zero and the first part of the label is printed.
●
Weight the sample in air (on the balance pan) and press the key Print again: the
weight value is stored in memory and the balance reset the zero again.
●
Weight the sample in the distilled water, ensuring that there aren’t air bubbles on the
basket and on the sample surface, press the key Print again: the weight value is
stored in memory and the density value will be calculated and printed on the label as a
picture below.
