’offerta di OM STILL, azienda leader
nella produzione di carrelli elevatori e
sistemi per l’intralogistica, si arricchisce grazie all’arrivo del nuovo EK-X, il
commissionatore verticale che ridefinisce gli
standard di eccellenza di questo segmento
di prodotti in termini di prestazioni, altezza di
lavoro, capacità di carico residua, funzionalità ed ergonomia.
Per rispondere al meglio alle esigenze di tutti
i clienti, l’EK-X è stato sviluppato utilizzando il
concetto di modularità, già applicato con
successo a molti altri prodotti della gamma
OM STILL.
Pertanto il prodotto finale può essere totalmente personalizzato: dalle classi di potenza
per i motori di sollevamento alla potenza della
batteria (da 24 V o 48 V), dalla larghezza del
telaio all’altezza del tettuccio conducente,
fino alle colonne di sollevamento (disponibili
in versione telescopica e triplex) e alle
componenti della cabina del conducente.
Con una portata che arriva sino a 1200 kg e
una capacità di picking fino a 12 m di altezza,
l’EK-X è la soluzione ideale per muoversi in
agilità in tutti i magazzini, anche all’interno
delle corsie più strette. L’eccellenza delle
prestazioni è garantita dal motore trifase
dotato di performanti batterie fino a 1240 Ah
(24 V) o 930 Ah (48 V), studiate per garantire
l’operatività su più turni. La produttività è
garantita da visibilità, livelli di ergonomia e
posizione di guida da “first in class” tipico di
OM STILL, ma anche da una velocità di guida
sino a 13 Km/h e una velocità di sollevamento
fino a 0,4 m/s.
L’EK-X è dotato anche dell’avanzato sistema
di comando OPTISPEED, un programma in
grado di regolare automaticamente la velocità in funzione dell’altezza di sollevamento e
dell’angolo di sterzata. In questo modo è
possibile garantire la sicurezza dell’operatore
e, al contempo, ottimizzare i movimenti del
veicolo nella corsia. In opzione, OPTISPEED
può anche dialogare con il software di
gestione del magazzino, avviando una
modalità di guida semiautomatica del mezzo.
Grazie a questo sistema di guida, il commissionatore può raggiungere e fermarsi automaticamente nel punto esatto in cui l’operatore deve fare il picking.
L’EK-X è inoltre dotato, di serie, del programma
di risparmio energetico Blue-Q che ottimizza
le prestazioni del mezzo in base all’impiego e
recupera l’energia in frenata, garantendo un
risparmio d’energia superiore al 10% senza
incidere sulle prestazioni.

the new EK-X, a vertical order picker that
redefines the standards of excellence
in terms of performances, work height,
residual load capacity, functionality and
ergonomics, in this product field.
To better meet the requirements of all
customers, EK-X has been developed by
applying the concept of modularity, already
successfully applied to many other products
of the OM STILL range.
Final product can therefore be fully
customized: from power range for lift
engines to battery voltage (from 24V to
48V), from the length of the chassis to
the height of the roof of the cabin, to pillar
lifts (available telescopic and triplex), and
component of the driver’s cabin.
With load capacity up to 1200 Kg and picking
capacity up to 12 metres’ height, EK-X turns
out as the best solution to work comfortably
in any warehouse, also where alleys are very
narrow. Excellent performance is always
granted by a three-phase motor provided

with batteries up to 1240Ah (24V) or 930Ah
(48V), developed to guarantee operativity
over more shifts. Productivity is guaranteed
by visibility, ergonomics levels and first-class
driving position, typical of OM STILL, as well
as speed up to 13 Km/h and lift speed up
to 0,4 m/s.
EK-X is also equipped with an advanced
OPTISPEED system that automatically
regulates the speed depending on the
height and steering angle. This way, it is
possible to guarantee safety of the driver
and to optimize the movement of the
vehicle along the alleys. As an option,
OPTISPEED can also interact with the
w a re house m a na g e m e nt so ftw a re ,
activating a semi-automatic drive mode.
Thanks to this system, the order picker can
reach and automatically stop at the right
place where the operator needs picking.
Furthermore, EK-X is also provided with the
energy saving programme Blue-Q, which
optimizes the performances of the vehicle
depending on its use, by recovering braking
energy and by granting energy higher than
10% without altering performances.
