Strom-, Wasser-, Gasverbrauch, Eintritt in das Swimming Pool im Offenen für Erwachsene und Kinder mit
freien Liegen am Poolrand (9.30-13/15.30-19.30 mit Badekappepflicht), kleine Spielecke für Kinder,
Pendelbus zum/vom Strand zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten vom 04.06.16 bis zum 10.09.16, 1 Sonnenschirm + 2
Liegestühle pro Wohnung an unserem Strand „Santa Fe“ (2 Sonnenschirme + 2 Liegestühle für die 4-Zwg),
Waschmaschinen (mit Münzen) und Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett frei. Privater umzäunter Parkplatz
(unbewacht), weiterer Parkplatz ausserhalb, unbewacht und nicht umzäunt, Wlan. Nicht angenommene
Dienstleistungen (Strand, Pool, etc.) werden nicht vom Preis abgezogen.
Auf Anfrage:
Bettwäsche und Handtücher € 10,00 pro Person pro Wechsel auf Anfrage bei der Buchung. Gitterbett: für
Kinder unter 3 Jahren auf Anfrage € 35,00 pro Woche (Max. 1 Gitterbett pro Wohnung), Zustellbett für
Kinder über 3 Jahre oder Erwachsene +10% (nur in Zweizwg. Im Erdgeschoss möglich), Kinderhochstuhl €
15,00 pro Woche auf Anfrage bei der Buchung, Haustiere nur auf Anfrage (€ 30,00 Zuschlag auf die
Endreinigung) dürfen nicht an den Pool, Strand oder den Shuttle benutzten.
Vor Ort zu bezahlen: Endreinigung obligatorisch € 50,00 Bilo, € 55,00 Dreizw. , € 60,00 Vierzw., Dreizwg
(Die Kochecke wird von den Kunden gereinigt, andernfalls werden € 20,00 berechnet).
Rates include:
electricity, water and gas consumptions (even heating), entry to the pool outside for adults and children and
with free sun loungers (9.30-13/15.30-19.30 - caps compulsory), little playground for children, shuttle bus to
the beach at determined timetable from 04.06.16 to 10.09.16, 1 sunshade and 2 sun chairs each flat bilo (2
sunshades + 4 sun chairs for quadri) at our equipped beach “Santa Fe”. Washing machines (working with
coins) and ironing facilities free. Private parking enclosed not guarded, second parking outside the residence,
not enclosed and not guarded. Internet connection – WiFi. Not used services are not refundable.
On request by booking:
bed linen and bath towels on demand at booking € 10,00 par person par change. Cradles: if brought by
guests and in place of one of the beds available free; if not brought by guests and if as added bed available
at € 35,00 per week upon request at booking (max 1 cradle each flat), added bed for children over 3 years
and adults +10% only in some two-roomed flats ground floor, children seat € 15,00 par week upon request
at booking.
To be paid at place: Final cleaning compulsory € 50,00 bilocal, € 55,00 three-roomed flat, € 60,00 fourroomed flat (kitchen has to be cleaned by the guest, if not done € 20,00 will be considered); Free transfer
from/to the railway stations of Tortoreto Lido, Giulianova upon request at booking. Small pets only upon
request € 30,00 are charged for final cleaning, max 1 per flat. Check-in on from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Checkout
until 10 a.m.

sdraio per ogni bilo/trilo (2 ombrelloni, 4 sdraio per ogni quadri) in spiaggia convenzionata “Santa Fe”,
lavatrici a gettoni, ferro e asse da stiro gratuiti, parcheggio, WiFi. N.B.: i servizi indicati come inclusi nel
