Ground Regulations of Ullevaal Stadium Oslo

Beware of
Entry to the Ground is expressly subject to acceptance by the visitor of Norwegian Law, these Ground
Regulations and the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, Norwegian Football Association, Norsk
Toppfotball in respect of the relevant competition. Entry to the Ground shall constitute acceptance
of the Ground Regulations
In the interest of safety all spectators must only occupy the seat allocated to them with their match
ticket. No movement is allowed. Persons occupying the wrong seat will be evicted.
Nobody may stand in any seating area whilst play is in progress.
The obstructions of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places is strictly
forbidden. Nobody entering the Ground shall be permitted to climb any structures within the
Ground.
All persons seeking entrance to the Ground acknowledge the organizer’s right to search any person
entering the Ground and to refuse entry to or eject from the Ground any person refusing to submit
to such a search.
The following articles must not be brought within the Ground:
- knives, weapons or any article that might be used as weapon and/or compromise public safety
- fireworks
- smoke canisters
- cans, bottles of glass or plastic
- alcohol or other types of drugs
- any audio, visual or audio-visual material for recording or transmission
- animals
- any banners or flags with commercial, religious, pornographic, political or racist messages
- laser devices
The use of threatening behaviour, foul or abusive language is strictly forbidden and will result in
ejection from the Ground.
It is strictly forbidden to
- enter onto the pitch or pitch area
- throw any items within the Ground
- racial abuse
Smoking in No-Smoking areas is strictly forbidden
The organizer is NOT responsible for any accident/injury, loss or damages to persons/property in or
around the Ground.
No guarantees can be given by the organizer that an event will take place at a particular time or on a
particular date and the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event without notice and
without any liability whatsoever.
There will be NO refund of any ticket costs, travel costs etc, if an event is abandoned.
Persons influenced by alcohol or any other kind of drugs will be rejected from the Ground area.
No goods(including literature)of any nature may be distributed or offered either free or for sale by
any person within the Ground without the written permission of the organizer.
A television surveillance system is in function outside and inside of the Ground.
Mobile telephones are permitted within the Ground, provided that they are used for personal and
private use only.
Tickets may not be offered for sale within the stadium area without the prior written permission by
the organizer.
Any individual who has entered any part of the Ground designated for the use of any group of
supporters to which he does not belong may be ejected from the Ground either for the purpose on
his own security or any other reason.
All times whilst present in the Ground, persons must comply with any and all instructions of the
organizer, any steward or police officer.
The organizer reserves absolutely the right to eject from the Ground any persons failing to comply
with any of the Ground Regulations.

L’ingresso all’impianto è espressamente subordinato all'accettazione da parte del visitatore della
legge norvegese, del presente Regolamento dello Stadio, delle norme e regolamenti della FIFA, UEFA,
Federcalcio norvegese, Norsk Toppfotball con riferimento alle relative competizioni. L’ingresso
nell’impianto costituisce l’accettazione del presente Regolamento.
Per motivi di sicurezza tutti gli spettatori devono solamente occupare il posto loro assegnato con il
biglietto della partita. Non è consentito alcun movimento. Saranno allontanate le persone che
occupano il posto sbagliato.
Nessuno può stare in piedi nelle zone che richiedono di occupare il posto a sedere mentre la partita è
in corso.
L’ostruzione dei corridoi, delle vie di accesso, uscite e ingressi, scale e luoghi simili è severamente
vietato. È vietato lo scavalcamento all’interno delle strutture dell’impianto.
Tutte le persone che cercano di entrare nell’impianto riconoscono il diritto dell'organizzatore di
controllare chiunque entri e di rifiutare l'ingresso o espellere dall’impianto la persona che rifiuta di
sottoporsi a tali controlli.
I seguenti articoli non devono essere portati all'interno dell’impianto:









Coltelli, armi o qualsiasi articolo che potrebbe essere usato come arma e / o mettere a rischio
la sicurezza pubblica;
Fuochi d'artificio;
Fumogeni;
Lattine, bottiglie di vetro o di plastica;
Alcool o altri tipi di droghe;
Qualsiasi materiale sonoro, visivo e audiovisivo per la registrazione o trasmissione;
Animali;
Eventuali striscioni o bandiere con messaggi di carattere commerciale, religioso,
pornografico, politico o razzista;
Dispositivi laser.
Un comportamento pericoloso, scorretto o un linguaggio offensivo è severamente vietato e
comporterà l'espulsione dall’impianto.
È severamente vietato:



Entrare in campo o nell’area tecnica del campo;
Lanciare oggetti all'interno del campo;
Abusi di carattere razziale.
Fumare nella zona non-fumatori è severamente vietato
L'organizzatore non è responsabile per qualsiasi incidente/infortunio, perdita o danno alle
persone/immobili all’interno o intorno all’impianto.
Nessuna garanzia può essere data dall'organizzatore circa il fatto che un evento si svolgerà in un
particolare momento o in una determinata data e l'organizzatore si riserva il diritto di riprogrammare
l'evento senza preavviso e senza alcuna responsabilità.
Non ci sarà nessun rimborso di eventuali costi del biglietto, spese di viaggio, ecc, se un evento viene
annullato.
Le persone sotto influenza dell’alcool o qualsiasi altro tipo di droga saranno allontanate
dall’impianto.
Nessuna merce di qualsiasi natura può essere distribuita o offerta sia gratuitamente sia in vendita da
qualsiasi persona all'interno dell’impianto senza l'autorizzazione scritta da parte dell'organizzatore.
Un sistema di sorveglianza televisiva è in funzione al di fuori e all'interno dell’impianto.
I telefoni cellulari sono consentiti all'interno dell’impianto, a condizione che essi siano utilizzati solo
per uso personale e privato.
I biglietti non possono essere offerti in vendita nella zona dello stadio, senza la previa autorizzazione
scritta da parte dell'organizzatore.
Ogni individuo che si trova all’interno di una area riservata ad un determinato gruppo di sostenitori a
cui non appartiene può essere espulso dall’impianto sia ai fini della propria sicurezza o per qualsiasi
altra ragione.
In tutti i momenti in cui si trovano all’interno dell’impianto, le persone devono rispettare tutte le
istruzioni dell'organizzatore, degli steward o funzionari di polizia.
L’organizzatore si riserva assolutamente il diritto di espellere dall’impianto qualsiasi persona che non
rispetti i Regolamenti.
