note. On the palate, a suave, fleshy, full wine with savoury pure fruit coupled with a touch of nougat. Very
seductive. Pair with fish en croute.

Brilliant yellow. Promising nose intermixing white fruits, toasted almond and a mineral tone. Silky, ethereal
palate showing a creamy sensation, crunchy fruit aromas and a natural impression. Not lacking in
personality. A beautiful, atypical spumante.

Brilliant light gold with green tints. Expressive nose of pear and grapefruit with refined mineral presence.
Silky attack, closely-integrated, full and taut palate mirroring the nose aromas. Finesse, delicacy, purity. A
beautiful wine for delicate fish.

Dark colour with youthful highlights. Ripe nose suggestive of plum and prune with a pleasant liquorice touch.
The attack shows depth, density and more of the same mature aromas. A wine for cellaring that may still
gain more complexity.

Purple-blue tints. Racy nose intermixing black fruits, liquorice and mineral tones. Very mellow, pleasant
attack on the palate with abundant freshness and lots of expression. A trace of firmness on the finish yet still
harmonious across the palate.
