Vega

2000 hectares of the industrial area of Porto Marghera, one of the largest in all of Europe.

HOW TO REACH VEGA SCIENTIFIC - TECHNOLOGY PARK
The GREEN centralised training session and workshop will take place on 29-30th November and 1st
December 2010 at the headquarters of Unioncamere Veneto – Sala Europa in Venice Marghera.
Unioncamere del Veneto is located inside the VEGA PARK – Palazzo Lybra, via delle Industrie 19/D.
VEGA Park is 5 minutes away from Venice city centre by car, 15 minutes away from the
international airport “Marco Polo”.
FROM MARCO POLO AIRPORT
Every 20 minutes, ATVO Fly buses will take you directly to the Mestre railway station, where you
can take bus n. 2 to the Fincantieri or the Vega Park stop.
Alternatively, you can reach our premises by train getting off at the railway station of Venezia
Porto Marghera.

BY CAR
From the highway : go towards Venice, get in Via della Libertà; after the second traffic light turn
right in Via Pacinotti, then again right in Via delle Industrie; on the right side of the street, nearby
a cilindric tower, you will find the main entrance to VEGA Park.

From Venice: pass through the San Giuliano overpass; at its end, turn left towards Venice. Go
straight towards Porto Industriale and Via dei Petroli. At the stop signal, turn right in Via Righi; at
its end, turning on the left, you willl find Via Pacinotti. Turn right, then right again in Via delle
Industrie; on the right side of the street, nearby a cylindrical tower, you will find the entrance to
VEGA Park.
BY TRAIN
The railway station of Venezia Porto Marghera is connected to VEGA through a pedestrian tunnel.
One way ticket Mestre – Porto Marghera or Venice – Porto Marghera:1,00 euro.

BY BUS (nr. 2 – 4 – 6 – 7)
From Venice and Mestre downtown - Piazzale Roma: lines n. 2, 4, 6 or 7, stop at Porto Marghera
railway station and take the pedestrian tunnel.
