IL LIBRO - Questo è uno dei pochi libri dedicati alla cucina da leggere e gustare sino in fondo. Una raccolta di ricette incastonate all’interno di un delicato
racconto che esplora un recente passato. Scritto in modo efficace, "RICETTE SENZA PENSIERI" (O PENSIERI SENZA RICETTE?) è un'interessante raccolta di
consigli per cucinare con gli ingredienti meno usuali, intercalata da piccole, suggestive storie di un'antica casa di campagna sita nel pinerolese. Da questo libro,
piacevolmente scritto, escono poco per volta belle immagini e storiche fotografie, ricordi “d'antan”, descrizioni di una antica casa di famiglia, in campagna tra
Cavour e Pinerolo, e poco per volta, magicamente, Vi troverete avvolti nell'atmosfera della comune gaia fanciullezza di un tempo, ormai, purtroppo per molti,
vero "passato remoto". Ideale per una strenna regalo, Vi sconsigliamo di guardare le ultime belle "tavole" fotografiche... a digiuno!
L'AUTORE - imprenditore, editore, inventore con l'hobby della buona tavola, oltre a quello di scrivere con un piacevole garbo e con una sottile ironia, discende, per
parte di madre, dai Portis, una delle più antiche famiglie del Pinerolese. Tra i suoi antenati vi ricordo Francesco Portìs, che fu uno dei "Sette Savi" fondatori della città
di Pinerolo nel 1318. La ricerca storica di antichi piatti locali citati nel libro è, quindi, affidata ad un autore che giustamente conosce ed ama le antiche tradizioni anche
se ama spaziare e saccheggiare la cultura culinaria proveniente da ogni parte del mondo soggiogandola con maestria a sapori più nostrani e tradizionali.

to the end. A collection of recipes inserted inside of a gentle tale which explores
a recent past. Written in an effective way, “Ricette senza pensieri - O pensieri
senza ricette?” (“Recipes whithout thoughts – Or thoughts without recipes?”) is
an interesting collection of advices to cook with unusual ingredients, intercalaried by short, charming stories of an old country
house located near Pinerolo. Beautiful images and historical photographs, memories “d’antan”, descriptions of an old family
country house, come out from this book, pleasantly written, and little by little you will find yourself wrapped in the common
happy childhood atmosphere of a time, which is now unfortunately a “remote past”. Perfect for a gift, we advise you to look at
the nice photograph “tables”... before eating!
THE AUTHOR - Luigi Alberto Bruzzone: entrepeneur, publisher, creative with a hobby for good food and writing. He uses good
manners and fine irony in his books. He descends, by his mother, from family Portis, one of the most ancient family of Pinerolo.
Between his forefather I remember you Francesco Portis, who was one of the “Seven Wise Men” founder of Pinerolo in 1318.
The historical search of the ancient and local dishes mentioned in the book is given to an author who knows and loves thr old
traditions, even if he loves to sack the gastronomical cultur from every part of the world making her part of the traditional and
home tastes.

dubbi sull’autenticità del messaggio. Non si riesce a stabilire con certezza se

L’AUTORE - Attilio Cardellino, ex presidente di categoria all’Unione Industriale di Torino, ha incominciato a scrivere molti,
molti anni fa, per la pubblicità cinetelevisiva. Dalla scrittura di testi e sceneggiature per spot e caroselli, il primo passaggio è
avvenuto verso il montaggio, da questo verso la regia. Anche dopo l’abbandono della pubblicità, a metà degli anni 70, ha

One of these forecasts the born of Indigo Children, misterious evolutions

others contained in the roll, is real or fruit of a falsification. iI the roll was
authentic, why not spreading the news of his existence? On the contrary, who

Both the questions are disquieting. Jacques, ine of the indigo children, will
try to answer these questions finding himself, with his mates, to challenge lots of dangers in an adventure stressed by the
rhythm of continuous stage tricks, among the involvement of Catholic Church and representatives of different religious sects
and believes. To save the Indigo Children, an interlacement of lives and stories will disentagle into the sign of danger, so that it
happens what for someone is only a natural design and for others a divine sgin.
THE AUTHOR - Attilio Cardellino, ex president of category at the Industrial Turin Union, started writing many years ago for
cinetelevisional advertising. From the writing if texts and scripts for spots and “carosello”, the first passage happened trhough
the editing, from this trhough direction. Also after the abandonment of advertising, at half ‘70s, continued writing for the world
of video. This is his firt novel.

their guard from the various submarine dangers. But unluckly good actions don’t always have a happy ending, even if...
THE AUTHOR - Luigi Mantovani lives in France in a little village of Brittany, writer of stories for children and not only, is
activlt interested also in art. In the ancient presbytery where he lives, he often organizes shows of international artists.
THE ILLUSTRATOR - Sylvie Serre is a well-known French paiter who lives and works in Provence. She took part to many
expositions in France and abroad. The original approach she used to interpret the characters of the tale gave birth to
