Bellelli srl ha inaugurato nel 2005 il proprio Crash Test
interno, uno strumento fondamentale per lo sviluppo dei nuovi
prodotti ed il controllo qualità dei seggiolini attuali.
Il crash test bellelli è l’unica struttura di questo tipo a
disposizione di un’azienda privata in Italia.
L’intensa attività di sperimentazione consente di individuare i
parametri più critici in caso di incidente e studiare le soluzioni
migliori per aumentare la sicurezza dei bambini.
La sensibilità a questi temi e la disponibilità della nuova
struttura di prova, ha permesso alla nostra realtà di sviluppare

e testare una gamma di seggiolini facili da usare e sicuri in
ogni condizione.
La slitta per test dinamici permette di simulare urti fino alla
velocità di 50 km/h. In più, il Crash Test bellelli può essere
predisposto per simulare urti laterali o frontali con velocità più
elevate, come prevedono le proposte per le norme future.
I test vengono effettuati con manichini serie P, progettati per
simulare la struttura dei bambini durante diverse fasi della
loro crescita, partendo da un’ampia base statistica di misure
antropometriche.

In 2005 Bellelli srl launched its own in-house Crash Test, a
fundamental instrument for the development of new products
and the quality control of its current child seats.
Bellelli's crash test is the only facility of its kind available
to a private company in Italy.
Our intensive testing allows to identify the most critical
parameters in the event of an accident and design the
best solutions to increase children's safety.
Thanks to our awareness of these issues and the new
testing facility, we have been able to develop and test a
MAMMACANGURA
range of child seats that are easy to use and safe in every
condition.
The slide for dynamic tests allows to simulate impacts
up to a speed of 50 km/h. Moreover, Bellelli's Crash Test
can be set to simulate lateral or frontal impacts at higher
speeds, as required by proposals for future standards.
The tests are conducted with P-series dummies
designed to simulate children's body structure during
their various growth stages based on a large statistical
base of anthropometric measurements.

ISOFIX SYSTEM
FIXING SYSTEM
ISOFIX è un sistema pratico e veloce per installare il seggiolino
nella propria auto, ridurre al minimo i possibili errori di montaggio
e aumentare al massimo la sicurezza offerta del seggiolino.
I seggiolini sono saldamente agganciati al telaio dell’auto e sono
dotati di una gamba di appoggio che limita la rotazione del
seggiolino e quindi il movimento in avanti del bambino.
I seggiolini dotati di sistema FIX Bellelli (Maximo Fix, Gio Plus Fix,
Miki Plus Fix) dispongono di connettori isofix ausiliari che, in unione
con le cinture di sicurezza dell’automobile, vincolano saldamente il
seggiolino al sedile.

ISOFIX is a smart and quick system to install the child seat in your
car. This system is conceived to limit any possible mismounting error,
granting the highest safety level the seat is designed to offer.
Through the Isofix system, the car seats are tightly connected to
the car chassis. The front central leg prevents the seat to rotate,
keeping the child safely in the seat while preventing them from
moving forward.

Child seats fitted with the Bellelli FIX system (Maximo Fix, Gio
Plus Fix and Miki Plus Fix) have additional isofix connectors that,
together with the car’s adult belts, firmly fix the child seat on the
car seat.

If you choose to install the seat with ISOFIX, the safety belts use
is optional. Anyway, In case the car is not suitable for the use of
ISOFIX system, Tiziano can be fixed with the safety belts.

Se si usano gli agganci isofix, non serve usare la cintura di sicurezza
dell’auto. Tuttavia, Tiziano può essere fissato anche con la
cintura se l’auto non è predisposta con gli agganci isofix.
Secondo la normativa vigente ECE R44 04, si può omologare un seggiolino
ISOFIX quando appartiene ai gruppi 0, 0+ ed 1. Non esistono seggiolini isofix
gruppi 2 e 3.
According to ECE R44 04 regulation, a child seat can be homologated as
Isofix only if belonging to groups 0, or 0+ and 1. There are no Isofix seats in
group 2, 3.

Grazie all’uso di questi connettori, il seggiolino è agganciato
direttamente al telaio dell’auto e risulta PIÙ SICURO E STABILE sul
sedile.
I connettori Fix limitano il movimento in avanti e di lato del
seggiolino in caso di incidente, e contribuiscono attivamente ad
aumentare il livello di protezione offerto dal seggiolino.
L’uso degli ancoraggi Fix permette di mantenere il seggiolino
sempre perfettamente fermo sul sedile anche se non c’è un
bambino seduto sopra.
In questi seggiolini si devono sempre usare anche le cinture
dell’auto. Non è possibile usare i connettori isofix da soli.
The Fix connectors are directly connected to the car chassis, to
grant a secure and still positioning.
The Fix connectors limit the side and forward displacement of
the seat in case of incident. They actively improve the safety level
of the seat.
The Fix connectors firmly hold the child seat on the car seat with
no children seated on it.
The Fix connectors always have to be used together with
the car safety belts. It is not possible to connect the car seat
to the car only with Fix connectors.
