One of the ancient watch towers dating back to 1400, Masseria San

Originariamente casa colonica, costruita nel XVIII secolo, la Masseria Cimino è stata
recentemente trasformata in guest house del campo da golf della Masseria San Domenico. Già dalla prima buca del green si riesce a scorgere in lontananza la torre
rossa dell‟edificio, raggiungibile poi all‟altezza dell‟ottava buca. Nei lavori di ristrutturazione si sono voluti rispettare lo stile originario del casale, recuperando i vecchi
pavimenti in pietra ed i muri di tufo, e conservando le numerose nicchie nei muri e i
caminetti nelle varie stanze.
Cimino is a Masseria (manor farm) with a watch Tower, built around 1700, a few meters from the sea. In 2005 the Masseria has been completely restored maintaing the
original structure, the architectural features and in the full respect of the original materials, shapes and colours.

Fondata prima del „700, offre un suggestivo paesaggio rurale. Situata a circa 10 Km
dal Centro di Ostuni e a 2 Km dal centro abitato di Montalbano. Il restauro dell‟antico
corpo abitativo testimonia l‟antico spirito primitivo della Masseria, all‟interno della
quale è posto un antico frantoio ipogeo, ottenuto da una cavità naturale ove si effettuava la lavorazione delle olive.

One of the most evocative corners of the masseria is an underground oil mill that is
