Torino, Italy: Marco Isaia Will Open Cornerstone Torino Office
Laureato in Scienze Politiche – indirizzo economico - presso l’Università di Torino, ha ricoperto
posizioni di Direttore dello Sviluppo Organizzativo e delle Risorse Umane per oltre 20 anni in
primarie società del Gruppo FIAT nel settore della Siderurgia (Teksid), della Componentistica
per l’autoveicolo (Magneti Marelli) della Chimica e della Difesa e Spazio (Snia Bpd).
Successivamente ha assunto ruoli direzionali come Direttore Generale della Sorin Biomedica
(Bioingegneria), del Centro di Ricerca Oncologica di Nerviano (attività spin-off della Pfizer) e
come Amministratore Delegato della FILA (abbigliamento e calzature sportive).
Dal 2006 opera come Business Consultant per lo sviluppo di nuove iniziative industriali in
diversi settori merceologici, prevalentemente nel campo del Tessile/Abbigliamento, della
Bioingegneria, della Sanità e del Wellness. E’ Partner in Cornerstone in Italia dall’inizio del
2010.

Marco Isaia has recently joined the world’s largest human capital consortium, Cornerstone
International Group, headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Isaia will begin by using the
resources of Cornerstone Milan and Cornerstone Rome, with the intent of opening the new
Cornerstone Torino office.
After a degree in political science with emphasis on economics from the University of Turin,
Isaia held key positions in “HR and Organization” within well known divisions of the FIAT
Group such as Teksid (steel industry), Magneti Marelli (automotive components), and SNIA
BPD (chemical, defense, and space).
When requested to move up to 360° managerial roles, Mr. Isaia became General Manager of
Sorin Biomedica (bio-engineering). Initially, he served as General Manager of the Oncology
Research Center in Nerviano (Pfizer spin off in pharmaceutical research) and CEO of FILA
(sport apparel and shoes).
Since 2006, Isaia has served as senior management consultant for the development of
entrepreneurial initiatives mostly in the fields of Texile/Clothing, Medical Devices, Healthcare
and Wellness.
