Lista delle riviste pubblicata dal GEV13 sul sito ANVUR-VQR il 20 novembre 2015 Proposte del Consiglio Direttivo della Società Italiana di Economia Pubblica (SIEP) Il Comunicato del GEV13 (Gruppo di Esperti di Valutazione dell’Area 13: Scienze Economiche e Statistiche) del 20 novembre 2015 informa che la lista delle riviste che il GEV13 considererà ai fini della classificazione dei prodotti di ricerca per cui è prevista l’analisi bibliometrica (articoli su rivista) pubblicata sul sito ANVUR-VQR lo stesso 20 novembre, resta a disposizione della comunità scientifica per controlli ed eventuali proposte, da motivare dettagliatamente, relativamente a - inserimento di riviste; - eliminazione di riviste; - classificazione di riviste tra sotto-aree. Il Consiglio Direttivo della Società Italiana di Economia Pubblica (SIEP) ha esaminato la suddetta lista e, osservando che alcune riviste non incluse nell’elenco relativo all’area E trattano temi prevalentemente di ambito economico, sottopone al GEV13 la seguente proposta di riclassificazione delle riviste tra sotto-aree: I) Spostamento dall’area A (Aziendale) all’area E (Economica) di n. 13 riviste, II) Spostamento dall’area S (Statistica) all’area E (Economica) di n. 1 rivista. Tali riviste sono riportate nell’Allegato 1 – Elenco delle riviste corredato dei relativi indicatori. A supporto della proposta il Consiglio Direttivo della SIEP invia l’Allegato 2 contenente informazioni sugli “Aims and scope” delle riviste. In particolare, gli “Aims and scope” delle riviste che si propone di sposatre nell’area E evidenziano l’interesse delle riviste a pubblicare ricerche condotte prevalentemente in campi dell’Economia. ANNALS OF ECONOMICS AND FINANCE Aims and scope Annals of Economics and Finance (ISSN 1529-7373) sets the highest research standard for economics and finance in China. It publishes original theoretical and applied papers in all fields of economics, finance, and management. It also encourages an economic approach to political science, sociology, psychology, ethics, and history. 2. APPLIED FINANCIAL ECONOMICS Aims and scope Applied Financial Economics is a peer-reviewed journal providing an international forum for applied research on financial markets, including the bond and equity markets, derivative securities markets, the foreign exchange market, corporate finance, market microstructure and cognate areas. The journal is also concerned with the link between the real and financial sides of the economy, forecasting and recent developments in econometric techniques applicable to financial research. Applied Financial Economics relates to experience in the main financial centres of Europe, North America, the Far East and Australasia, as well as issues relating to development finance and the emerging financial markets of the developing world and the transforming economies of Central and Eastern Europe. 3. ECONOMIA DEI SERVIZI Aims and scope Economia dei servizi is a new academic journal (founded by Professor Fabio Gobbo in 2006) published by il Mulino, the leading Italian academic press in the field of economics. Economia dei Servizi aims to develop a virtual community for scientific and academic debate to advance our knowledge on the service’ sector. It pays particular attention to the contribution provided by services to economic growth and social welfare. The Review aims at consolidating a new «Culture of Services», balancing theoretical and scientific features with operative issues. As stated in the journal’s subtitle ("Mercati, Istituzioni e Management"), it proposes an interdisciplinary approach involving applied economics, management, communication studies, law and political sciences, becoming a forum for different methodological approaches. It publishes articles and essays on key issues of the economic debate on services and related items (innovation, tourism, commerce, public services, transportation, logistics, environment, media, real estate, policy evaluation, health economics) 1 trying to build a new industrial perspective on these themes, while touching the most relevant problems of the ever changing economic reality. 4. ECONOMIA DELLA CULTURA Aims and scope Economia della Cultura aims to explore the economic dimension of art and culture both in Italy and at the international level. It is divided into four sections: a monographic section dedicated to very relevant topics, a multi-thematic section providing the contributions of students, researchers and specialists; a section providing the analysis of the documents related to the monographic issue; and a section dedicated to book reviews concerned with the latest Italian and international publishing production. 5. EJOURNAL OF TAX RESEARCH Aims and scope The eJournal of Tax Research is a peer reviewed journal that publishes original, scholarly works on all aspects of taxation. The journal uses a double blind review process. It aims to promote timely dissemination of research and public discussion of tax-related issues, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It provides a channel for academics, researchers, practitioners, administrators, judges and policy makers to enhance their understanding and knowledge of taxation. The journal emphasises the interdisciplinary nature of taxation. To ensure the topicality of the journal, submissions will be refereed quickly. The eJournal of Tax Research is normally published twice a year by the School of Taxation & Business Law. Thematic editions covering topical issues are also published on a one-off basis. The eJournal of Tax Research is ranked A by the Australian Business Deans Council. 6. ENERGY POLICY Aims and scope Energy Policy is an international peer-reviewed journal addressing the policy implications of energy supply and use from their economic, social, planning and environmental aspects. Papers may cover global, regional, national, or even local topics that are of wider policy significance, and of interest to international agencies, governments, public and private sector entities, local communities and non-governmental organisations. Within this broad spectrum, topics of particular interest include energy and environmental regulation, energy supply security, the quality and efficiency of energy services, the effectiveness of market-based approaches and/or governmental interventions, technological innovation and diffusion, and voluntary initiatives where the broader policy implications can be recognised. Policy prescriptions are required to be supported by rigorous analysis and balanced appraisal. 7. INTERNATIONAL REVIEW OF ECONOMICS & FINANCE 2 Aims and scope The International Review of Economics & Finance (IREF) is a scholarly journal devoted to the publication of high quality theoretical and empirical articles in all areas of international economics, macroeconomics and financial economics. Contributions that facilitate the communications between the real and the financial sectors of the economy are of particular interest. IREF especially seeks rigorous papers that deal with open economy macroeconomics, exchange rates and financial issues. Theoretical and empirical research submitted to the IREF should be original in both its content and structure. The editors invite manuscripts that enhance the reputation of IREF as a leading journal in the joint areas of international economics and financial economics. IREF is a double blind refereed journal published by Elsevier and contains a book review section. 8. JOURNAL OF ECONOMICS AND FINANCE Aims and scope The Journal of Economics and Finance is the official journal of the Academy of Economics and Finance. It publishes theoretical and empirical research papers in economics and finance and related fields, such as decision sciences, marketing and accounting. Its primary focus is on empirical studies with an emphasis on the policy relevance of the findings. 9. MERCATO CONCORRENZA REGOLE Aims and scope Mercato Concorrenza Regole was launched in 1999 with the aim of studying and debating the criteria, limits and effectiveness of various forms of public intervention in markets. Serving as a vehicle for reflections on the economic analysis of the law, MCR devotes particular attention to issues of competition policy and regulation – prominent terrain for debate on the role of the State in the economy. The journal aspires to advance the integration of economic and legal perspectives in the analysis of such issues, and to provide a forum in which theoretical contributions as well as reflections on reframing political-institutional arrangements and shaping policy action can all intersect and interact. Mercato Concorrenza Regole provides rigorous and expert analysis; but it does so in an accessible language thus promoting a widespread culture, in Italy, of competition and of an open market economy. With its probing inquiry and high quality analysis, the journal is a valuable source of reference for the careful study of economic activities. 10. PUBLIC BUDGETING & FINANCE Aims and scope Public Budgeting & Finance serves as a forum for the communication of research and experiences on all facets of government finance and provides meaningful exchange between research from 3 universities, private and nonprofit research institutes, practitioners in public financial markets, government agencies, and the experience of those who practice government budgeting and finance. Researchers, practitioners, and teachers of applied government finance turn to Public Budgeting & Finance to find understandable, reliable, and thoughtful analysis of issues important in the field. The content of the journal spans the spectrum of budget process and policy and financial management, is never limited to one level of government or even to one country, and always evenhandedly crosses disciplines and approaches in applied government finance. 11. RESEARCH POLICY Aims and Scope Research Policy (RP) is a multi-disciplinary journal devoted to analyzing, understanding and effectively responding to the economic, policy, management, organizational, environmental and other challenges posed by innovation, technology, R&D and science. This includes a number of related activities concerned with the creation of knowledge (through research), the diffusion and acquisition of knowledge (e.g. through organizational learning), and its exploitation in the form of new or improved products, processes or services. RP is generally acknowledged to be the leading journal in the field of innovation studies, 12. REVIEW OF FINANCIAL ECONOMICS Aims and Scope The scope of the Review of Financial Economics (RFE) is broad. The RFE publishes original research in finance (e.g. corporate finance, investments, financial institutions and international finance) and economics (e.g. monetary theory, fiscal policy, and international economics). It specifically encourages submissions that apply economic principles to financial decision making. For example, while RFE will publish papers which study the behavior of security prices and those which provide analyses of monetary and fiscal policies, it will offer a special forum for articles which examine the impact of macroeconomic factors on the behavior of security prices. RFE will only consider empirical research and is a not a suitable outlet for strictly theoretical papers. 13. TELECOMMUNICATIONS POLICY Aims and scope Telecommunications Policy is concerned with the roles of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the economy and society. The journal is multidisciplinary and international, encompassing conceptual, theoretical and empirical studies, quantitative as well as qualitative. Its scope includes ICT markets; policy, regulation, and governance; management, entrepreneurship, 4 innovation and use. Contributions may explore these topics at national, regional and international levels, including issues confronting both developed and developing countries.
