Structure
Wood frame with parts in dried fir, wood
chipboard of mm 18. Multilayer in pine and/
or poplar of mm 18. All covered in expanded
thermal coupled polyester mesh and/or
polyester padding. All made from wood
chips in class E1, therefore with low emission
of formaldehyde.
Springs (fixed elements)
Made of elastic bands of mm 80,
mechanically tensioned, composed of rubber
wires covered in spiral-wrapped nylon.
Upholstery and feet
Seat cushion in expanded polyurethane D25
non deformable load-bearing, covered in
polyester resin of g 200. Back cushion in
D16S pink non-deformable. Armrest cushion
in TNT g 60 with virgin silicon polyester
stuffing and/or D40PK non-deformable,
covered with thermal-bound felt of g 300.
Armrest fillers in D18 non-deformable.
Foot in ABS h 80 w/screw.
Bed mechanism
Steel tuber diameter mm 30.
Mechanism parts pressed in steel.
Electro-welded base; steel wire electrically

da maglia di poliestere termoaccoppiata
ad espanso e/o ovatta di poliestere.
Molleggio (divani fissi)
Realizzato mediante nastri elastici da mm
80 tesi meccanicamente, composti da fili di
gomma ricoperti da nylon avvolto a spirale.
Imbottitura e piedi
Cuscino seduta in poliuretano espanso in D25

Suspension (canapés fixes)
Réalisée à l’aide de sangles élastiques
de 80 mm tendues mécaniquement,
composées de fils de caoutchouc
recouverts de nylon enroulé en spirale.
Rembourrage et pieds
Coussin de l’assise en polyuréthane
expansé en D25 indéformable portant,
revêtu de résine de polyester de 200
g. Coussins du dossier en D16S rose
indéformable. Coussins de l’accoudoir
en TNT d 60 avec flocon de polyester à la
silicone vierge et/ou D40PK indéformable,
revêtu de voile associé thermiquement
de 300 g. Fileurs accoudoir en D18
indéformable. Pied en ABS h 80 mm
avec vis.
Mécanisme lit
Tubes en acier diamètre 30 mm.
Mécanismes particuliers estampés
en acier. Sommier électrosoudé, fil en
acier soudé électriquement. Le tout
peint avec une résine époxy polyester.
Détails en plastique polyéthylène. Portée
de sécurité 180 kg. Matelas à ressorts
hélicoïdaux à compression, acier trempé
C70, cn rembourrage en polyuréthane
expansé D21P indéformable des deux
côtés, ouate aiguilletée, revêtu en toile
matelassée en coton 100%. Longueur
