Dust is created during milling of Ceramill TEMP blanks that can cause irritation of
the eyes, skin and airways. Therefore always ensure that the extractor on your milling
machine is functioning perfectly. Further safety information can be obtained from the
safety data sheet.

USER INFORMATION
Konstruktion:
_Mindestwandstärke bei Kronen von 1 mm nicht unterschreiten.
_Bei der Konstruktion von Brücken mit einem Brückenglied darf der Verbindungsquerschnitt zwischen Krone und Brückenglied 9 mm2 nicht unterschreiten.
_Bei der Konstruktion von Brücken mit einer Spannweite von bis zu zwei
Zwischengliedern dürfen die Verbindungsquerschnitte zwischen Kronen und
Brückengliedern 12 mm2 nicht unterschreiten.
_Der Anwender muss im Einzelfall entscheiden, ob entsprechend der Indikation das
PMMA – OMP-N® Material, durch Auswahl des jeweiligen Befestigungssystems, eine
ausreichende Kaustabilität für die Restauration gewährleistet ist.
Verblendung von Ceramill TEMP Gerüsten:
_Ein gefrästes Ceramill TEMP Gerüst kann mit herkömmlichen Verblendwerkstoffen
beschichtet werden. Hierbei sind Materialien auf der Basis von MMA vorzuziehen.
_Bei dem Verblenden mit Composite muss die Verbindung zum Ceramill TEMP immer
nach den Angaben des jeweiligen Herstellers erfolgen.
Design:
_For crowns, do not fall below the minimum wall thickness of 1 mm.
_When designing bridges with one connected bridge unit, the connection crosssection between crown and connected bridge unit may not be less than 9 mm2.
_When designing bridges with a range of up to two connected intermediate links, the
connection cross-sections between crown and connected bridge units may not be
less than 12 mm2.
_The user must decide in each case whether the PMMA – OMP-N® material
guarantees adequate masticatory stability for the restoration according to the
indication by selection of the appropriate luting system.
Veneering Ceramill TEMP frameworks:
_A milled Ceramill TEMP framework can be faced using conventional veneering
materials. MMA-based materials are the preferred choice for veneering.
_When veneering with composite, Ceramill TEMP must always be bonded as
described in the instructions of the respective manufacturer.
AUSARBEITUNG
FINISHING
_Zum Nachbearbeiten und Heraustrennen von Gerüsten aus dem Rohling
sollten für Kunststoff geeignete kreuzverzahnte Hartmetallfräsen oder geeignete
Trennscheiben verwendet werden.
_Um Passungenauigkeiten nach der Gerüstherstellung zu vermeiden, sollte während
des Ausarbeitens und Polierens starke Wärmeentwicklung vermieden werden.
WIEDERHERSTELLUNG
Gerüste, ganze Kronen und Brücken, die aus Ceramill TEMP Rohlingen gefertigt
worden sind, können mit allen handelsüblichen Kaltpolymerisaten auf der Basis von
MMA wie artConcept® jederzeit wieder hergestellt und ergänzt werden.
MÖGLICHKEITEN ZUR BEFESTIGUNG IM MUND
_für das Provisorium: temporäre Zemente
_für das Langzeitprovisorium: Glasionomer-Zemente ohne Bonding

LOT-Nr. bei jedem Vorgang angeben, der eine Identifikation des Materials erfordert.
ENTSORGUNG
Ceramill TEMP ist wasserunlöslich, inaktiv, birgt keine Gefahr für das Grundwasser
und kann daher im normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

_Cross-cut tungsten carbide cutters or separating discs, which are suitable for
acrylic, should be used for trimming and separating frameworks from the blank.
_Excessive heat build-up should be avoided during finishing and polishing to prevent
fitting inaccuracies after fabrication of the framework.
RESTORING
Frameworks, full crowns and bridges, which have been fabricated using Ceramill
TEMP blanks, can be restored and adjusted at any time using any conventional MMAbased cold-curing resin such as artConcept®.

_for temporary restorations: temporary cements
_for long-term temporary restorations: glass ionomer cements without bonder

Enter the LOT No. with each procedure that requires identification of the material.
DISPOSAL
Ceramill TEMP is insoluble in water, inactive, does not pose a risk for the ground water
and can therefore be disposed of with normal household waste.

INDICAZIONI DI PERICOLO
Durante la lavorazione dei grezzi Ceramill TEMP si formano delle polveri che possono
causare irritazione di occhi, pelle e vie aeree. Per questa ragione prestare sempre
attenzione al funzionamento perfetto dell’aspirazione sulla fresatrice. Ulteriori indicazioni rilevanti per la sicurezza possono essere rilevate dalla scheda tecnica di sicurezza.
Al procesar piezas en bruto Ceramill TEMP se genera polvo que puede irritar sus ojos,

Construction :
_L’épaisseur minimale de la paroi de la couronne ne doit pas être inférieure à 1 mm.
_Pour la construction de couronnes avec un élément de bridge, la coupe transversale
connexion entre la couronne et l’élément de bridge ne doit pas être inférieure à 9 mm2.
_Pour la construction de couronnes avec un interstice de jusqu’à deux éléments
intermédiaires, les coupes transversales connexion entre la couronne et les éléments
de bridge ne doivent pas être inférieures à 12 mm2.
_ L’utilisateur doit décider à chaque fois si, conformément à l’indication, le matériau
PMMA – OMP-N® garantit à la restauration une stabilité de mastication grâce à la
sélection du système correspondant.
Costruzione:
_Non superare lo spessore minimo pareti di 1 mm nelle corone.
_Nella costruzione di ponti con un elemento del ponte, la sezione di collegamento tra
corona ed elemento del ponte non deve essere inferiore a 9 mm2.

PMMA – OMP-N® garantisca una stabilità di masticazione sufficiente per il ripristino,
selezionando il relativo sistema di fissaggio.
Recouvrement d’armatures Ceramill TEMP :
_ Une armature fraisée Ceramill TEMP peut être recouverte de matériaux de
recouvrement standard. Les matériaux à la base de MMA sont préférables.
_ Lors d’un recouvrement avec des composites, la connexion à Ceramill TEMP doit
toujours être faite conformément aux indications du fabricant.
Rivestimento di strutture Ceramill TEMP:
_Una struttura fresata Ceramill TEMP può essere rivestita con materiali convenzionali
di rivestimento. A riguardo sono preferibili materiali a base di MMA.
_In caso di rivestimento con composite, il collegamento a Ceramill TEMP deve
sempre avvenire secondo le indicazioni del relativo produttore.
Construcción:
_Cuidar que el espesor de pared en las coronas no sea inferior a 1 mm.
_En puentes construidos con un solo póntico la sección del conector entre corona
y póntico no deberá ser inferior a 9 mm2.
_En puentes con un vano de hasta dos pónticos, la sección de los conectores
entre coronas y pónticos no deberá ser inferior a 12 mm2.
_El usuario deberá decidir en cada caso si el material PMMA – OMP-N® asegura una
estabilidad masticatoria suficiente para la restauración de acuerdo a la indicación
seleccionando el sistema de sujeción apropiado.
Revestimiento de estructuras Ceramill TEMP:
_Las estructuras Ceramill TEMP fresadas pueden recubrirse con materiales de
revestimiento convencionales. Preferentemente deberán emplearse materiales a
base de MMA.
_En caso de revestimiento con Composite la fijación al Ceramill TEMP deberá
realizarse siempre según indicaciones del respectivo fabricante.
ACABADO
FINITION
_Pour effectuer des retouches et détacher les armatures de la pièces brute, il est
recommandé d’utiliser une fraise en carbure à denture croisée appropriée pour les
matières plastiques ou des disques de tronçonnage appropriés.
_Pour éviter des imprécisions d’ajustage après la fabrication de l’armature, il est recommandé d’éviter un fort développement de chaleur pendant la finition et le polissage.
LAVORAZIONE FINALE
_Per la rifinitura e la separazione di strutture dal grezzo dovrebbero essere utilizzate
frese in metallo duro a dentatura alterna adatte per resina oppure mole adatte.
_Per evitare precisioni di adattamento successive alla realizzazione della struttura,
durante la lavorazione finale e la lucidatura dovrebbero essere evitati eccessivi
sviluppi di calore.
_Para repasar las estructuras y para separarlas de la pieza en bruto deberán
emplearse fresas de metal duro con dentado cruzado apropiadas para plástico o
discos de corte adecuados.
_Para impedir un ajuste deficiente de la estructura tras su elaboración deberá
evitarse un calentamiento excesivo durante el repasado y pulido.
RESTAURACIÓN
RECONSTITUTION
Armatures, couronnes entières et bridges fabriqués à partir de pièces brutes
Ceramill TEMP peuvent être reconstitués et complétés à tout temps avec n’importe
quelles résines polymérisables disponibles dans le commerce à la base de MMY
tels que artConcept®.

Ceramill TEMP possono essere ripristinati e completati in ogni momento con tutte

l’acqua freatica e pertanto può essere smaltito nei normali rifiuti domestici.
