PRX10 è un sistema di stampa e applicazione industriale
progettato e realizzato per l’etichettatura a fine linea su imballi in cartone e confezioni in fardelli. Una robusta struttura di acciaio inox, un porta bobina da 200 mm ed un riavvolgitore motorizzato della carta siliconata sono le principali caratteristiche che ne evidenziano il carattere industriale.
PRX10 integra le stampanti a trasferimento termico DATAMAX, serie I-Class, con risoluzione di stampa 200 – 300 –
400 – 600 dpi e con larghezze di stampa da 4”, che consentono di personalizzare etichette autoadesive con codici
a barre e dati variabili. PRX10 può ricevere dati variabili via
seriale da un personal computer, da bilance, da reti informatiche. Un gamma completa di applicatori pneumatici a
corsa fissa, a corsa variabile, con applicazione a contatto o
a getto d’aria consentono di realizzare soluzioni con stampa e applicazione in tempo reale in grado di soddisfare le
esigenze dei fine linea automatici di imballaggio..
PRX10 is an industrial printing and application system
designed and developed for the end of line labelling, onto
cardboard packages and bundles. A sturdy stainless steel
structure, a web-holder of 200 mm together with a motorized
rewinder for silicone paper are the main features that characterise the industrial suitability of this system.
PRX10 implements thermical transfer printers DATAMAX IClass with a print resolution of 200 – 300 – 400 - 600 dpi and
4” printing width, which allow to customize self-adhesive
labels with bar codes and variable data. PRX10 can also
receive variable data from a personal computer via serial connection from scales, and information networks.
A complete range of pneumatic applicators with fixed stroke,
variable stroke, contact application or air jet make it possible
to realise solutions with print and application in real time so as
to comply with the requirements of automatic end-of-line
packing devices.
