Hangar78 è un progetto fortemente desiderato dall’azienda Silikomart, eccellenza del Made in Italy nella produzione
di stampi in silicone per uso cucina e professionale, che con visione pionieristica e spirito d’innovazione ha deciso
- nel settembre 2015 - di creare un incubatore di Food & Pastry Culture applicato al learning by doing ma anche al
learning from the Best. Il nome della location, hangar78 prende numericamente il civico dalla sua reale ubicazione
e metaforicamente l’idea di un aviorimessa dove il velivolo - il bagaglio culinario di tutti gli utenti - arriva, sosta, si
trasforma per ripartire poi arricchito da un’esperienza unica.
Con un’ offerta didattica a 360°, rivolta sia ai professionisti che agli appassionati, hangar78 dispone di tre aule
altamente all’avanguardia: la Cooking & Baking Demo con 25 sedute dove poter assistere a dimostrazioni e lezioni
teoriche (ideale anche per lezioni one-to-one); la Cooking & Baking Academy con 16 cucine autonome, ognuna
equipaggiata con tutte le attrezzature e gli strumenti necessari per svolgere in assoluta autonomia tutti gli steps di
preparazione, cottura e conservazione e di applicare quindi la tecnica del learning by doing; la Cooking Arena con 40
posti a sedere che ospiterà grandi nomi della Ristorazione italiana ed imparare quindi dai migliori.
Alla didattica si affianca l’offerta formativa con l’organizzazione di lezioni private one-to-one per chi desidera
condividere tematiche personalizzate dal docente in base alle specifiche esigenze del destinatario e attività di
team building per l’apprendimento sul campo che stimola l’appartenenza al gruppo. In aggiunta, hangar78 mette a
disposizione del pubblico uno Store di eccellenza dove reperire l’intera collezzione Silikomart nelle linee Professional
e Casalingo.
Hangar78 is a project strongly wanted by Silikomart, the Made in Italy excellence in the production of silicone moulds
for kitchen and for professional use. Thanks to its ground-breaking vision and its innovation spirit Silikomart decided in
September 2015 to create a Food & Pastry Culture hub where learning by doing and learning from the Best.
The name of the location, hangar78, takes the number from the street number and the idea of the hangar from a
metaphor: the plane – aka the culinary background- arrives, stops, is transformed and then it takes off enriched with
a unique experience.
The courses and masterclass are conceived for both professionals and amateurs that taking place in three highly
breakthrough classes: the Cooking & Baking Demo with 25 seats where it is possible to attend to demos and
theoretical masterclasses (it is ideal also for one-to-one class); the Cooking & Baking Academy with 16 independent
kitchens, each of which highly equipped with all necessary instruments in order to follow every single step during
every preparation, cooking and storage, applying the “learning by doing” technique. Finally the Cooking Arena with
40 seats where will be organized masterclass with the grater Italian chef and the audience will have the possibility to
learn by the Best.

Hangar78 est un projet fortement voulu par Silikomart, excellence du Made in Italy dans la production des moules en
silicone pour l’usage professionnel et en cuisine. Silikomart grâce à sa vision pionnière et son esprit innovant a décidé
– en Septembre 2015 – de créer un incubateur dans le secteur Food & Pastry Culture appliqué à l’apprentissage par
la pratique mais aussi à l’apprentissage par les meilleurs. Le nom de l’endroit, hangar78 a cette histoire: le nombre est
effectivement le numéro du bâtiment et l’idée de l’hangar est issue de la métaphore de l’avion – en ce cas le bagage
culinaire des gens – qui arrive, s’arrête, se transforme et après il part enrichi d’une expérience unique.

L’offre didactique de hangar78 est à 360° et elle s’adresse et aux professionnels et aux amateurs, la structure a trois
salles hautement à l’avant-garde: la salle Cooking&Baking avec 25 sièges où est possible assister aux démonstrations
et aux leçons théoriques (il est aussi le lieu idéal pour des leçons privées); la salle Cooking&Baking Academy avec
16 postes de travail, des vrais cuisines autonomes qui sont équipées avec tous les instruments nécessaires pour
travailler en autonomie pendant les préparations, les cuissons et la conservation tout en appliquant la technique de
l’apprentissage par la pratique ; la salle Cooking Arena avec 40 sièges qui accueillera le noms les plus importants parmi
les chefs de cuisine italiens et donc apprendre par les meilleurs.

The planned courses and masterclasses are accompanied by private courses and one-to-one class for those who want
deepen a particular theme with the chef. These private session are customized according to the specific customer’s
needs. Another kind of activity organized by hangar78 is the team building where colleagues can work together and
have fun. In addition, in the store located in hangar78 the customers could find and buy every Silikomart products
both Professional and Houseware
A l’enseignement s’ajoute une offre de formation personnalisée avec l’organisation des cours privés pour ceux qui
désirent approfondir des thèmes particuliers avec le chef ou pour l’organisation d’activité et stage de cohésion
d’équipe (team building). En plus, hangar78 met à disposition un magasin ou le public peut voir, toucher et acheter
tous les produits Silikomart Houseware et Professional.
