Sei un manager giovane e intraprendente, come
nasce l’esigenza di creare un marchio tutto tuo?
La mia esperienza e il mio background sono il risultato
del lavoro prezioso e incessante nell’azienda di famiglia,
leader del settore da tre generazioni.Sentivo che arricchire e
completare il mio percorso professionale significava gettare
le basi per qualcosa di nuovo, qualcosa che fosse più vicino
al mio modo di intendere il lavoro e la creatività. Ho cercato
di coniugare aspetti consolidati, come scelta di prodotti di
qualità e innovazione nella ricerca, con un mood diverso,
soprattutto nella realizzazione di una nuova immagine e nella
comunicazione aziendale.
You are a young and enterprising manager; what
inspired you to create a brand of your own?
My experience and my background are the result of valuable
and intensive work in my family’s business, the industry leader
in extensions for three generations.
I came to feel that to enrich and complete my career
objectives, I needed to pave the basis for something new,
something that was closer to my personal vision of the
potential and creativity that I knew existed. I tried to combine
different aspects, consolidating choices of quality products
with innovation in research, creating a different mood,
especially in the construction of a new corporate image and
communication.
Rinnovare l’immagine in un periodo critico per il
mercato è il segreto del successo?
Dare nuova energia a quello che si fa è il segreto. Le difficoltà
vanno affrontate sperimentando nuovi metodi, motivando i
collaboratori e lavorando per raggiungere insieme obiettivi
specifici. La grinta giusta e un pizzico di ottimismo dimostrano
come si possano ricercare e trovare con successo opportunità
di business.

Molto. Per i mercati esteri sapere di poter contare su un

dagli altri e di crescere professionalmente guardando al futuro.

ha come base una fascia di capelli cuciti
a macchina con una larghezza che oscilla
dai 140 ai 160 cm.
Le origini di questo sistema si ritrovano

Shampoo ad effetto balsamico.
La presenza combinata della provitamina A, Vit. C,
Vit. E, sviluppa un’ azione nutriente, mantenendo
un’idratazione equilibrata. Restituisce alla chioma
le caratteristiche tipiche dei capelli sani: lucentezza,
elasticità, corposità. Modo d’uso: Applicare una
dose del prodotto sui capelli bagnati, massaggiare e
risciacquare. Ripetere l’operazione una seconda volta.
NATUR SHAMPOO
Shampoo with balsamic effect. A conditioning shampoo infused with provitamins A, C, and E to nourish
and hydrate. Restores the natural characteristics of
healthy hair: shiness, body and volume. Directions:
Apply a small quantity to wet hair. Massage and rinse.
Repeat.

Directions: After shampoo, apply product to damp hair.
Comb through to evenly distribute cream the length of
the hair. Let stand for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Leave product in for an extended time once a month as
an intensive mask treatment.
