a norma UNI-EN 469:2007 per Vigili del Fuoco
Il completo da intervento specifico per Vigili del Fuoco modello “STARK” per la lotta contro gli incendi, costituito da un
GIACCONE e da SOVRAPANTALONE è conforme alle norme UNI EN 340:2004 e UNI-EN 469:2007 livelli Xf2, Xr2, Y2,
Z1.
Il DPI è così confezionato:
- Tessuto esterno 93% meta aramide, 5% para aramide, 2% fibra antistatica da 180 gr/mq
- Tessuto membrana composizione 70% poliestere e 30 % poliuretano
- Tessuto interno FELT composizione 100% aramidico
- Tessuto fodera 50% Nomex e 50% Viscosa

GIACCONE protettivo con imbottitura fissa, dotato di apertura frontale, fermata tramite cerniera a doppio cursore, protetta
nella parte interna ed in quella esterna da patella, fermata con nastro velcro ignifugo. Collo alto, chiudibile tramite
alamaro, fermato con nastro velcro. Cappuccio staccabile a
mezzo bottoni a scatto e dotato di cordoncino di regolazione.
Maniche a spallone con polsino in maglia di NOMEX interno,
munite di sistema di regolazione al fondo tramite alamaro con
nastro velcro. Due tasche
applicate ai fianchi, chiuse
tramite aletta di protezione
fermata con nastro velcro.

realizzate impiegando esclusivamente filati in NOMEX ad alta tenacità. Lo strato interno
realizzato con la MEMBRANA IMPERMEABILE viene completamente termosaldato nelle
cuciture di assemblaggio al fine di assicurare la massima garanzia di impermeabilità del
capo; appositi occhielli con funzione di drenaggio dell’acqua che viene fermata dalla
membrana impermeabile sono previsti al fondo giacca.
SOVRAPANTALONE STARK codice identificativo 49336
SOVRAPANTALONE protettivo, dotato di elasticizzazione in vita fermata nella parte anteriore con abbottonatura a scatto.
Tutte le cuciture esterne sono realizzate impiegando esclusivamente filati in NOMEX ad alta tenacità.
Lo strato interno realizzato con la MEMBRANA IMPERMEABILE garantisce l’impermeabilità del capo; appositi occhielli
con funzione di drenaggio dell’acqua che viene fermata dalla membrana impermeabile sono previsti al fondo.
Disponibile nelle taglia dalla 44 alla 66.
APPROVATO secondo quanto previsto dal DL 407 del 06/10/1999
Regolamento recante norme di attuazione delle direttive 96/98/CE come
emendata dalla 2011/75/UE relative all’equipaggiamento marittimo,
certificazione rilasciata dall’organismo notificato – 0407 – ISTITUTO

base dell’articolo 11 della direttiva sopra menzionata.

FIRE-FIGTHING SUIT STYLE “STARK”
according to UNI EN 469:2007
for Fire-fighters
This PPE developed for fire-fighting style “STARK”, is composed of jacket and trousers in
compliance with technical specification UNI EN 340:2004 e UNI-EN 469:2007 levels Xf2, Xr2, Y2,
Z1.
This PPE is composed of:
a) Outer layer: 93% meta aramide 5% para aramide 2% antistic fibre weight 180 gr/m 2
b) Waterproof layer: 70% polyester 30%polyurethane
c) Isolation: 100% aramide FELT
d) Lining: 50% Nomex 50% Viscose
Protective JACKET with fixed padding. Front fastening by means of 2-runner zipper, protected by
flap, both in the inner and outer part, fixed with flame resistant Velcro ®.
High style neck fastened with Velcro®. Removable hood by means of press studs, with adjusting
cord.
Kimono sleeves with inner cuff in NOMEX®, with adjusting system at the bottom by Velcro®.
Two patched pockets closed by protective flap fastened by Velcro ® tape.
One inner pocket in the lining, on the left chest , operated by Velcro ®
tape.
Reflective flame resistant tapes silver grey colour type 3M 8930 5 cm
high placed around the bottom of the jacket and around the thorax and
on lower sleeves.
All outer seams made with Nomex® high quality yarn.
The internal layer made of WATERPROOF MEMBRANE is taped on all
its seams in order to assure the garment waterproof property. Drainage
holes on the lower jacket.
Protective TROUSERS, elastic at waist closed with press-studs at the front.
All the outer seams are made with NOMEX® high quality yarn.
The inner layer with WATERPROOF MEMBRANE guarantees the trousers waterproof, more likely to
be in contact with splashes; drainage holes on lower trousers.
Available in sizes from 44 to 66.
APPROVED according to Law Decree 407 dated 06/10/1999, as per
directive 96/98/CE and 2011/75/CE concerning marine equipment ; this
certification approval is issued by notified body 0407 – ISTITUTO
