II. The fee is non refundable should the reservation be cancelled within 42hrs prior to the event. Cancellation must be
confirmed in writing by letter, fax or email to the Reception at the soonest opportunity.
III. The deposit amount can be redeemed against dinner on the night.
We will require you to settle any remainder in full at the end of your event. We are not able to offer account facilities.
