The project aims at setting up a new system of transport with wide capacity with electric refill of
buses in stops(rulings).
It is about an innovation on 2 aspects:
- Technological in real size(greatness) what implies a sizing which exceeds the frame of a
traditional prototype.
- Operational, because it is a question of running this mode of transport in an urban context, in
particular with the constraints there relative.
For the implementation of this innovation, it was planned to put an experimental application on a
line of public transport in urban zones.
In the test run, within the framework of the next conference UITP on 2013 which will be held in
Geneva, it was decided to set up a demonstrator.
By demonstrator, we understand a concrete application of an electric public transport without
catenary contact and for a limited zone.
