Chi siamo/Who we are
RVDoors nasce nel 2015 ed è una delle poche aziende sul mercato europeo specializzate
in por te per la cabina dei motorhome. Un’azienda flessibile, veloce e competitiva anche in
merito alla ricambistica, poiché molti componenti, soprattutto i più impor tanti, sono prodotti
all’interno dello stabilimento, senza ricorrere a fornitori esterni. RVDoors può vantare knowhow, tecnologie e maestranze con esperienza ultratrentennale. Il nuovo marchio, infatti,
prosegue il cammino tracciato da GI EMME EVO nel settore dei veicoli ricreazionali, che dal
1984 progetta e produce componenti in alluminio per camper e caravan. RVDoors srl, società
controllata da Metallar te srl, ha affittato il ramo d’azienda GI EMME EVO srl con lo scopo di
sviluppare la produzione di por te per la cabina dei motorhome. L’azienda con base a Mirano
( VE), infatti, aveva investito in questi anni molte risorse nella progettazione e sviluppo di
una linea di produzione dedicata alle por te per motorhome ma non è riuscita a raggiungere
i suoi obbiettivi commerciali. RVDoors ha acquisito e ulteriormente sviluppato il know how
raggiunto da GI EMME EVO e ha avviato da subito collaborazioni commerciali con alcuni tra
i più impor tanti costruttori italiani.
RVDoors was founded in 2015 and is one of the few companies of the European market
specialized in motorhome cab’s doors. A flexible, fast and competitive company for what
concerns spare par ts as many components are produced on site, in our fa ctor y, without resor ting to external suppliers. RVDoors boasts know-how, technology and workers with more
than thir ty years of experience. Indeed the new brand continues the path in recreational vehicles’ field marked out by GI EMME EVO which has designed and manufactured aluminum
components for motor homes and caravans since 1984. RVDoors Ltd., a subsidiar y of Metallar te Ltd., has leased the business unit GI EMME EVO Ltd. in order to develop the production of motorhome cabin’s doors. The company based in Mirano ( VE), had invested over the
last few years a great deal of resources in the design and development of a motorhome’s
doors production line but failed to achieve its business objectives. RVDoors acquired and
fur ther developed GI EMME EVO know-how and immediately star ted to implement commercial collaborations with some of the most impor tant Italian manufacturers.

Il nuovo
corso
Il passaggio da Gi Emme Evo a RVDoors ha comportato una ristrutturazione generale della produzione. Per prima cosa, si è abbandonata
la logica degli interventi spot, con piccole commesse da dieci-quindici pezzi, per approdare a una produzione industriale, seriale, possibile
solo lavorando con clienti importanti e con numeri elevati. Si è anche
intervenuti sull’ottimizzazione dei costi, soprattutto i costi d’acquisto,
sulla scorta della pluriennale esperienza di Metallarte. Sul prodotto in
sé non sono stati fatti grossi interventi correttivi, se non quelli inerenti
alla fase di industrializzazione in vista di un aumento produttivo. Il
valore aggiunto di RVDoors è nell’elevato grado di customizzazione
del prodotto, che presuppone la capacità dell’azienda di muoversi sapientemente tra la standardizzazione, necessaria a mantenere basso
il livello dei costi, e la personalizzazione su richieste specifiche di ogni
singolo cliente, condizione base per differenziare le porte secondo i
vari marchi e i singoli modelli.

The transition from Gi Emme Evo to RVDoors led to a general restructuring of production. Firstly, it has stopped accepting small orders
from ten to fifteen pieces to arrive to an industrial, mass production
by working with and for important clients and by dealing with large
numbers.
Metallarte also led to cost optimization, especially costs of purchase,
while on the product itself no significant corrective action has been
taken other than those necessary to fit it to industrial production. The
added value of RVDoors is the high degree of product customization,
which requires the ability to move skillfully between standardization necessary to contain costs - and the customization made at specific
request of each client to adapt the doors to different brands.
La superficie coperta è di 1000 mq. circa ed occupa le attività della linea di produzione, magazzinaggio, uffici tecnici e direzionali. All’interno della struttura operativa, uno spazio rilevante è destinato alla realizzazione dei prototipi, alla ricerca e al controllo qualità. La superficie scoperta per le
attività complementari copre un’area di circa 2.500 mq.

I prodotti RvDoors sono realizzati con l’ausilio di macchinari attrezzati e
conformati per la lavorazione delle porte per la cabina dei motorhome. Grazie al know how e alle competenze maturate dai tecnici e dagli operatori
RVDoors è in grado di progettare e costruire porte per motorhome su misura, inserendo qualsiasi tipo di serratura o finestra o elemento richiesto. Le
porte RVDoors hanno una matrice comune, ma sanno differenziarsi in base
a molti elementi: possono essere più larghe o più strette, rivestite in alluminio o in vetroresina, con rivestimenti interni in termoformato di varia foggia,
equipaggiate con maniglie base o più lussuose, con vetro normale o brunito.
Il rivestimento interno in termoformato può essere sviluppato direttamente
dall’ufficio tecnico dell’azienda con o senza la collaborazione del cliente per
dar vita a prodotti originali e con un alto grado di personalizzazione. Grande attenzione viene rivolta ai materiali impiegati, alle fasi di lavorazione, al
collaudo ed ai test di prova nel rispetto della sicurezza e dell’affidabilità. La
dimensione aziendale di RVDoors è tale da consentire una grande flessibilità
nella gestione degli ordini e che siano poche unità o commesse di grande
impegno e complessità.
I PRODOTTI
The products RvDoors are made using machinery equipped and conformed
for the manufacturing of motorhomes cabin’s doors. Thanks to the knowhow and skills acquired by technicians and operators, RVDoors is able to
design and manufacture custom-made doors, inserting any type of lock or
window or required element. The doors RVDoors have a common die but all
the doors can be different from each other: they may be wider or narrower,
coated aluminum or fiberglass, with thermoformed inner lining in various
shapes, equipped with handles basic or deluxe, with normal or brown glass.
The thermoformed lining can be developed by the technical department of
the company – following the specifications of the client, if wanted - to create
original products with a high degree of customization. Great attention is paid
to the raw materials, to the various stages of manufacturing, to test reports
with respect to stringent safety and quality measures. The size of RVDoors
allows greater flexibility in client order handling regardless of whether they
are for few units or huge and complex orders.

Metallarte è certificata UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (la cosiddetta
Vision 2000) che oltre a garantire la qualità del processo produttivo, presta maggior attenzione agli indicatori di efficacia/
efficienza e prevede indagini per la verifica della soddisfazione del cliente. Lo stabilimento produttivo è equipaggiato con
un impianto fotovoltaico da 277 Kwp che è in grado pertanto
produrre energia green al 100%.
