COLORSYSTEM allows you to produce the shades shown on the colours chart, by using the finished products in a limited number of bases,
15 glossy and 15 mat.
You can thus make up rapidly and logically the shades required by the various needs of the furniture market.
We show below the various products and their codes which allow you to produce COLORSYSTEM.

To facilitate the identification of the shade, under the references of the colour chart, are shown only the end code for the colour.
We advise you to use a precision weighing machine to weigh the quantities shown in the formulary.
For new colours, not shown in the chart, we advise you to choose that which is closest, to use its formula as a base, and then modify it.
Our Technical Service Department is available to give you any clarification and information you require on the use of COLORSYSTEM products.

CH 139 al 50% - non yellowing 30 gloss

LP Glossy Pigmented Polyurethane Top-Coat
Furnitures, turned pieces
CT 325 al 100% - standard
CH 336 al 100% - non-yellowing - polishable
CH 220 al 100% - non-yellowing
Application: by spraying or curtain coater
Dilution: usually 10/20% for curtain coater and 20/40% for spraying depending on the season and the type of application. The diluents recommended are:
medium diluent DL 042 (for spraying or curtain coater); slow diluent for hot and humid climates DL 043 (only for spraying).

15 opache e 15 lucide.

Consigliamo di utilizzare una bilancia di precisione per pesare le quantità indicate nel formulario. Per colori nuovi, non presenti nella cartella, vi consigliamo
di scegliere quello più simile per utilizzarne la formulazione come base e successivamente modificarla. Per ogni altra informazione riguardante l’uso dei
prodotti COLORSYSTEM, è a vostra disposizione un servizio tecnico per le delucidazioni necessarie.

Applicazione: a velo e spruzzo
Diluizione: normalmente 10-20 % per velo e 20-40 % per spruzzo in funzione delle condizioni stagionali e del tipo di applicazione.
I diluenti indicati sono: diluente medio DL 042 (velo e spruzzo); diluente lento per periodo di clima caldo e umido DL 043 (solo applicazioni a spruzzo).
