ABHYANGA – MASSAGGIO AYURVEDICO
Massaggio della tradizione indiana.
Scopo del massaggio ayurvedico è mantenere o ristabilire, l’equilibrio dell’essere umano. E’

SHIRODHARA
Shirodhara è una terapia Ayurvedica in cui a seguito di un massaggio su punti riflessi
viene versato sulla fronte un filo di liquido. Il nome deriva dalla 'testa' il sanscrito
parole shiras e 'flusso' dhara. I liquidi utilizzati nello shirodhara dipendono da ciò che

E’ preferibile recarsi presso la SPA almeno 30 minuti prima di ogni appuntamento,
vi informiamo inoltre che eventuali vostri ritardi potrebbero compromettere la
durata del trattamento.
Per accedere ai servizi di estetica, i trattamenti benessere, i minori di 16 anni
dovranno essere accompagnati da un adulto.
L’uso dei telefoni cellulari non è consentito presso la SPA per gustare i trattamenti
in più assoluto relax.
E’ consigliabile cancellare il trattamento con almeno 24 ore d’anticipo dalla data
dello stesso; oltre tale orario e senza cancellazione per iscritto, verrà addebitato il
100% del costo totale dello stesso.

It is highly recommended that clients arrive at the SPA 30 minutes before the
scheduled appointment; more importantly any delays could compromise the duration of the
treatment.
Children under 16 years of age that wish to receive a wellness or aesthetic treatment must be
accompanied by an adult.
In order to fully enjoy the treatments, the use of mobile phones is not allowed in the SPA.
It is advised to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours before the appointment by email or directly
