La macchina in versione Vibrodry viene fornita completa di
tutto quanto necessario per poter operare un ciclo
automatico di finitura a secco, dall’inizio alla fine, grazie a
un apposito software che permette di impostare sia il tempo
di finitura che il tempo relativo alla fase (finale) di
aspirazione. Questa fase è normalmente di breve durata e,
per questa ragione è previsto un aspiratore filtro, con
serbatoio autoestinguente, e dispositivo «Easy Clean»,
una leva per lo scarico automatico della polvere raccolta.

Vibrodry Software
The machine in Vibrodry version comes complete with
everything necessary to operate an automatic finishing dry,
start to finish, thanks to special software that allows you to
set both the time to finish that time on the stage (final)
suction.

La macchina in versione Vibrodry viene fornita completa di
tutti gli accessori necessari, ovvero: coperchio TOP-DRY,
piantana di supporto del Quadro comandi MPE (Con
software Vibrodry) - del gruppo aspiratore filtro completo di
contenitore aggiuntivo per la raccolta delle polveri espulse
dal sistema «Easy Clean» - la macchina è raccordata
all’aspiratore tramite tubo flessibile in metallo, completo di
messa a terra. La versione VD è omologata per la
finitura di polimeri, ferro e acciaio inox, rame, ottone e
zama con media QF e composti adeguati;

Tra le macchine Softsiever in versione ATX e l’aspiratore
filtro, viene interposta una speciale scatola metallica di
raccordo, appositamente progettata e denominata
VacuBox2 (solitamente con due punti di raccordo alla
macchina e uno all’aspiratore) per consentire:
a. l’accumulo di polvere rilasciata per gravità durante la
fase del ciclo non aspirata;
b. l’aspirazione dell’accumulo e la pulizia dei media in
movimento, durante la fase (finale) di ciclo aspirata;

be configured in the ATX version, using powerful
vacuum filters ATEX certified.

Between the Softsiever machines in ATX version and the
vacuum filter is interposed a special fitting box, specially
designed and named VacuBox2 (usually with two
connection points to the machine and one aspirator) to
allow:
a. the accumulation of dust released by gravity during the
phase of the cycle without aspiration;
b. the aspiration of the accumulated dust and the cleaning
of the media in motion, during the aspiration phase (final) of
the cycle;

Il coperchio TOP-DRY è stabilmente solidale con la vasca
di lavoro ed è dotato di due grandi aperture protette da
pannelli facilmente rimuovibili, tramite i quali è possibile
effettuare il carico dei pezzi, oppure ispezionare l’area di
scarico e separazione.
L’area corrispondente al punto di uscita o scarico dei pezzi
dal piano di separazione, è dotata di una pratica tendina
che, durante il processo limita molto l’uscita di eventuali
residui di polverosità, mentre, durante la fase di
aspirazione, evita la depressione.

The TOP-DRY cover is stably integral with the work tank
and is equipped with two large openings protected by
panels easily removable, through which it is possible to
effect the load of the pieces, or inspect the area of
discharge and separation.
The area corresponding to the point of exit or unloading of
the pieces from the separation grid, is equipped with a
flexible curtain that, during the process greatly limits the
output of any eventual residual dust, while, during the
suction phase, prevents depression.

The series of machines Softsiever Vibrodry is also available
with specific models , distinguished by the three final letters
of the acronym " ATX ", which are designed to operate in
surface environments , classified ATEX zone 22.
With regard to the vacuum filter group, this can be supplied
in relation to the project, in accordance with the number of
machines foreseen, with certification ATEX II 3GD T3.
La serie di macchine Softsiever Vibrodry è disponibile
anche con appositi modelli, contraddistinti dalle tre lettere
finali della sigla: «ATX», che sono realizzate per operare in
ambienti di superficie, classificati ATEX zona 22.
Per quanto riguarda il gruppo aspiratore filtro, questo può
essere fornito in relazione al progetto, conformemente al
numero di macchine previste, con certificazione ATEX II
3GD T3.
La versione ATEX delle macchine Superminor Vibrodry, è
raccomandata in caso di finitura di materiali/metalli che
possono generare polveri esplosive, come, ad esempio:
Alluminio, Titanio, Magnesio;

In alcuni processi di finitura, l’impiego del corretto
abbinamento di media e composto abrasivo «inertizzante»,
può portare la valutazione del rischio ad un livello di
sicurezza tale da non rendere necessario il ricorso ad una
configurazione ATEX che, tuttavia, rimane sempre
raccomandabile in presenza dei materiali suddetti.
In some finishing processes , the use of the correct
combination of media and special "inerting" abrasive
compound, can lead the risk assessment to a level of
security that does not make it necessary to use an ATEX
c o n f i g u r a t i o n w h i c h , h o w e v e r, r e m a i n s a l w a y s
recommendable in the presence of the above materials.
Il sistema DRY PACK è uno speciale sacco continuo
costituito da un tubolare di plastica molto resistente della
lunghezza di 20 metri posizionato sotto la tramoggia di
raccolta. La sua caratteristica è quella di poter insaccare il
materiale aspirato creando diversi sacchi di dimensione e
peso variabile per poi sigillarli e smaltirli comodamente.
The system DRY PACK is a special continuous bag
consisting of a plastic tubular very resistant, with the length
of 20 meters, positioned under the hopper. Its main feature
is that you can stow away the waste creating several bags
of varying size and weight and then seal it and dispose of it
easily.

Le finiture che si possono ottenere con i processi Vibrodry
sono generalmente molto omogenee e chiare, riescono a
rimuovere ossidi importanti, come nel caso di lamiere
ossitagliate o di articoli in acciaio inox elettrosaldati.
La zama, che nei trattamenti ad umido tende ad ossidarsi
molto rapidamente, con i processi a secco Vibrodry esce
molto chiara ed esente da ossidazioni. I manufatti in legno
di opportuna durezza, risultano solitamente molto lisci ed
omogenei, dopo la finitura Vibrodry.

The finishes that can be obtained with the processes
Vibrodry are generally very homogeneous and clear, able
to remove oxides important, as in the case of oxy cut sheets
or articles in stainless steel welded.
Zamak, which in the wet treatments tends to oxidize very
quickly, with dry processes Vibrodry comes out very clear
and free from oxidation. The wood workpieces of suitable
hardness are usually very smooth and homogeneous, after
processing with Vibrodry.
