DESCRIZIONE GENERALE/ GENERAL DESCRIPTION
I compensatori CO.RA. sono degli elementi flessibili di collegamento che permettono, l’allineamento di due macchine, di una tubazione con una macchina, collegamento di due tubazioni e
applicazioni simili. I compensatori oltre ad essere utilizzati per recuperare delle variazioni di lunghezza, possono essere utilizzate per il disallineamento degli elementi da collegare. I
Compensatori servono anche al collegamento di macchine vibranti evitando così la trasmissione delle vibrazioni nelle tubazioni o nelle macchine da servire
CO.RA. compensators are flexible connecting elements that allow the alignment of two machines, of a pipeline and a machine, of two pipelines and other similar applications. The compensators
apart from being used to recuperate length variations can also be used for the misalignment of the elements to be connected. The compensators can also be connected to vibrating machines
thus avoiding the transmission of vibrations in the pipelines or in the machines to fill.

types : simply to close the hole or seal tight to divide the qualified ambients.

Il Rompiponte CO.RA. è utilizzato per lo scarico del prodotto da tramogge, in particolare viene
utilizzato quando il prodotto ha una certa predisposizione a bloccarsi o ha un flusso irregolare.
Mediante l’azione meccanica dei coltelli il prodotto bloccato all’interno della tramoggia viene
frantumato. Fornibile ad azionamento manuale e pneumatico. Il rompiponte può essere
realizzato anche a trascinamento magnetico chiamato “Sistema Orione”

Bridgebreaker
The CO.RA. bridgebreaker is used when discharging the product from hoppers, in particular it is
used when the product has a certain tendency to get blocked or has a non regular flow. By
means of the mechanical movement of the blades the product which is blocked within the hopper
is crushed. It can be suppied either with manual or pneumatic actuation. The bridgebreaker also
has a magnetic “dragging” version which is called “Orione System.

COMPENSATORI A ONDA E A SCALA / WAVE AND STEP TYPE COMPENSATOR
I compensatori in silicone a onda o a scala sono realizzati per stampaggio a iniezione. Sono ideali per collegamento di tubazioni fisse, mobili in presenza di parti vibranti, in accoppiamenti che
necessitano di una certa libertà come sistemi su celle di carico ( sistemi di pesatura ).
The “wave type” and/or “step type” silicone compensators are made by injection pressing. They are ideal to connect fixed and mobile tubes in the presence of vibrating parts, in couplings that
require a certain liberty such as cell load systems (weighing systems).

MANICHETTE IN SILICONE / FLEXIBLE PIPES
Gli elementi flessibili di collegamento CO.RA. permettono l’allineamento fra due macchine, e sono utilizzati per effettuare: carico, scarico, trasporto polveri/liquidi, recupero delle variazioni di
lunghezza e collegamento di macchine vibranti evitando che il prodotto venga a contatto con l’ambiente di lavoro.
The flexible pipes produced by CO.RA. allow the alignment between two machines and are used to load and discharge powder / liquids, to recuperate length variations and to connect vibrating
machines preventing the product from getting in contact with the work ambient.

TAPPI IN SILICONE / DUST SANITARY CAPS
Il tappo in silicone CO.RA. è stato studiato ed ideato per la temporanea chiusura / protezione di tubi, valvole o apparecchiature, evitando che il prodotto entri a contatto con l’ambiente di lavoro.
L’innovazione tecnologica apportata consiste nella facilità di montaggio su flange di tipo MF, TC e su collarini con bordo speciale ( appositamente creati ), ma senza rinunciare alla garanzia di
tenuta .
The CO.RA. silicone cap was conceived and designed for applications where the temporary closing/protection of tubes, valves or equipment is required, thus preventing that the product from
getting into contact with the work ambient by creating a seal.
